- -1 piętro ze stolikami , bilardem, kawą/herbatą

Cons:

- smród w wille i pokoju (po pierwszy w życiu kupiłam świecę aromatyczną do pokoju)
- nawalone śmieci na terytorium
- stare wgniecione materace

Może lat 15 temu to było przecudowne miejsce, ale dawno czas na remont, przede wszystkim wymienić dywany i materace, i wyszorować cały budynek wraz z terytorium

Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel. Lokalizacja super. CENA adekwatna do warunków.
Najwazniejsze łóżka wygodne, tv w pokoju, ciepła woda. Warunki jak w PRL ale nam tyle wystarczyło. Jeśli ktoś pragnie luksusów to niestety nie ten adres.

Cons:

Pokoje potrzebujà remontu tzn. Zmiana wykładziny, z brodzika wylatywała woda .
Pajęczyny koło szafy.

Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko sklep spożywczy.

Cons:

Od samego progu śmierdziało w budynku. Panował nie porządek. W pomieszczeniu ogólnie dostępnym imitującym zaplecze kuchenne nie dało się wygodnie usiąść i zjeść. W kątach różnych pomieszczeń rozsypany był żwirek dla kota. Nie było dostępnych podstawowych przyborów kuchennych np. patelnia.W kąciku kawowo-herbaciany było brudno, a herbata była po terminie i to dużo. Pokoje w starym stylu. Brak zasłon w pokojach które wychodziły na ulicę, a firanki już dawno nie były zmieniane.

Nie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Byliśmy tu dwie noce i tylko noce! W dniu przyjazdu niezwłocznie udaliśmy po środki do czyszczenia i dezynfekcji. Ponieważ przywitał nas widok odbiegający od zdjęć przedstawianych w internecie. W pokoju który został nam przydzielony panował zapach nieprzyjemny pajęczyny na lampach i żyrandolu. Łazienka to cieknący brodzik, woda z toalety i brodzika nie schodziła dość długo! Sanitariaty najpierw trzeba było umyć i zdezynfekować! Brud i muchy owocówki! Pomieszczenie " wspólna kuchnia" to miejsce gdzie kot właściciela ma swoje eldorado, łazi po talerzach i sztućcach. I to on jest tam najważniejszym lokatorem. Teren zewnętrzny nie zadbany. Łóżka dla osób nie wysokich, wąskie i krótkie. Wiem że ktoś zarzuci że niska cena. Nie wymagam złotych klamek, kamerdynera. Ale chcąc przyjmować gości należy zadbać o zwykłą czystość. Aspekt na plus to lokalizacja blisko Krupówek ok 5 minut spacerem i Biedronka na przeciwko. Zdjęć nie robiłem bo tak jak pisałem na początku tylko nocowaliśmy.
