Pros:

Location is excellent everything was within walking distance.
Instructions for how to access the building made things very easy.
Kettle and fridge in the room.

Cons:

Payment is in cash or bank transfer in Euros.
Some may find carrying luggage up to the room difficult as there is no lift, but it is an old building so was to be expected.
