Good value, Great location, Clean, with a welcoming host.
Pros:

The location in the city centre was perfect for access to the main attractions and the train station.
The room was clean, everything worked and was nicely decorated.
The host was very helpful and was available on whatsapp and responded quickly to messages.
My son who has additional needs can sometimes find some places stressfull, however he spent time in the room without hesitation and said the atmophere was welcoming, suprisingly quiet for the city location and he would definately stay here again.
There was a safe place to store luggage on our day of departure.

Cons:

There really was nothing to dislike.

Kraków zachwycił, Poselska 20 dopieściła. Jedyny minus? Trzeba było wrócić do rzeczywistości.

Jedyną skargę mam do kalendarza... za to, że urlop skończył się za szybko! 😄

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν τέλειο. Καθαρό , άνετο, ήσυχο, φωτεινό , σε τέλειο σημείο στην παλιά πόλη. Οι οδηγίες που δόθηκαν για το check in - check out ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστικές με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει την διαμονή μας άνετη. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πάντα σε διάθεση να ικανοποιεί κάθε αίτημα μας. Την ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την φιλοξενία της

Pokoje słabo wyposażone, strasznie droga cena, nie było żadnego aneksu, żadnego żelazka a standard i jakość pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Drzwi od pokoju były tak cienkie, że można było je wyważyć „kopem”. Cena chora za ten standard…. I ręczniki śmierdziały…

Posizione centrale, ma tranquilla. La pulizia della stanza, spaziosa, cambio degli asciugamani. Molti punti luce.Letto comodo. Consigliatissimo

La luce che entra dalla finestra dalle 5 del mattino in questa stagione, anche se le tende sono spesse, e c'è una tenda da vetro, vorrebbero più larghe. Niente di negativo. Solo un suggerimento. Per il resto tutto più che positivo.

Location was fabulous, close to everything but quiet and safe, super clean and comfortable and accommodating and a friendly host..nothing but a positive experience.
