I enjoyed my stay at Casa de Touristas, and would stay there again!
Pros:

Close in and good value. Easy communication with the hosts. I stayed for a month, not 2, cut short for family needs.

Cons:

A lot of construction happening in the neighborhood, the road in makes it seem like a bad area, but it wasn't, I never felt unsafe.

Era muy cómodo, y tenia los muebles necesarios.

Cons:

Se equivocaron y me quisieron hacer el check-out un dia antes, si no hubiera estado en la habitación imagino que por error hubieran sacado mis cosas, no lo sé.

Douches chaudes, check in très tôt possible, clefs personnelles de la porte d’entrée, salle de bain privative, télévision et draps de bains

Pésimo
Pros:

No ubo desayuno, no ubo nada ni papel de baño, orrible feo e inadecuado el lugar y lejos del centro, la señora para nada agradable llegué aprox.. entre 9-10am, al otro día puntual a las 9am estaba tocando para desocupar el cuarto.
Las instalaciones pésimas inadecuadas para renta de huéspedes y peligrosas.
No recomiendo este lugar para nadie y menos familia con niños o gente de la tercera edad.

Las instalaciones, la amabilidad, la cercanía al centro, los servicios etc.etc.
