Lokalizacja jest dobra, ale to tyle z plusów.

Cons:

- Brud, wszędzie, od aneksu kuchennego w części wspólnej, na pokoju skończywszy. Czarna od brudu suszarka, brudne naczynia i bardzo ubogo wyposażone. Brak choćby podstawowych składników takich jak cukier/olej.
- Pokój ciemny, przy pełnym słońcu w bezchmurne lato trzeba zapalać światło. Pajęczyny i pająki. Zatkany odpływ w prysznicu (trzeba czekać aż woda zleci).

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, pokój z widokiem na Giewont, pokój dobrze wyposażony. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko przystanek autobusowy i blisko do szlaku na Małołączniak.

W toalecie był tak silny zapach kanalizacji, że praktycznie niemożliwe było korzystanie z niej
