I would stay again as it was good value for money.
Pros:

Location was really good. Owner was very hands on, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only one bathroom for all guests. The toilet was situated in the bathroom. Rooms were very basic.

Wonderful stay at the city center of Viana do Castelo
Pros:

I loved everything about Alex's place! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. The shower had great water pressure, and the cozy kitchen was well-equipped, with some complimentary breakfast items. The view from my room was a gorgeous old church. So lovely!

The best part was Alex himself. He is genuinely kind and friendly, and he takes the time to share helpful information about his place and the city. He made me feel very welcome and home!

I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely come back. Thank you so much, Alex!

Great place right in the heart of Viana do Castelo
Pros:

Good value and extremely well located close to restaurants the centre and the river front. The hosts are very attentive and provided great tips. Though just a short stay, we would definitely come back!

Das Frühstück musste man sich selber zubereiten und war etwas rustikal (teilweise offene Lebensmittel von den Leuten davor)

Hier stimmte Preis und Leistung!
Pros:

Alex war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und auf dem Camino war es eine der besseren Unterkünfte, welche ich nutzte. Es gab zahlreiche Hinweise für den Weg und auch hervorragende Restaurantempfehlungen abseits der Touristenfallen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
