The door of one of the bathrooms had a broken lock, which prevented me from going out of it. When it is fixed, the property will be excellent

Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Todo estaba súper limpio y cuidado al detalle. Nos encantó que hubiera una cafetera disponible y el lavabo dentro de la habitación fue comodísimo y muy práctico.
La ubicación también es excelente, ya que permite moverse fácilmente a pie a muchos lugares de interés. Además, la habitación contaba con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece muchísimo.
Queremos destacar especialmente la atención al cliente: aunque llegamos bastante tarde por la noche, nos ayudaron en todo momento para poder entrar sin ningún problema.
Sin duda, es la mejor habitación en la que me he alojado hasta ahora. La recomendaría al 100 % y volvería a alojarme aquí sin pensarlo.

Pros:

Carlos who works at the hotel was incredibly friendly, accommodating and efficient! He made the stay feel extra comfortable. The location was amazing, I had a large room which was well decorated and comfortable.

I would recommend. My only advice would be, if you want space and a balcony view make sure you specify that as not all rooms are the same!

Our stay at Nova Alegria (our “Newfound Happiness”)
was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, restaurants, cafés, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

We arrived in Lisbon at 6:00 AM after traveling from Spain, even though our check-in time wasn’t until 12:00 PM. Despite this, they kindly allowed us to stay in the living room area so we could rest, freshen up, and recover from our journey. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made a huge difference after an early arrival. 🫶🫶🫶

Ofcourse, special thank you to Carlos, who truly made our stay even better. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with everything we asked for. His kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pros:

De locatie was goed, alles was makkelijk bereikbaar. De kamer was klein, maar prima. Het bed was ook prima. We hadden geen last van andere bezoekers in het verblijf. Voor de prijs was dit verblijf prima.

Cons:

Ik had niet goed kunnen lezen uit de beschrijving op Booking.com dat de badkamers niet bij de kamers zouden zitten. Op zich was dit niet persé een groot probleem, maar het neemt wel wat comfort weg. Daarnaast waren de deuren ook best dun en kon je wel mensen op de gang horen. Dit was overigens wel gedempt met kleedjes op de vloer.

Pros:

Logement parfait pour un séjour en couple à Lisbonne ! La chambre est confortable et les parties communes propres et agréables. Le personnel est aimable, réactif et flexible, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du voyage. L'emplacement est super pour visiter à pied comme en transport. Je recommande !

Pros:

I loved everything about this property: The proximity to the city center and the boutique, shops, cafes and bars with everything being in walking distance. The authentic, homely feel, the cleanliness and of course the beautiful cafe next door and pizza shop opposite.

Cons:

The property was under construction (in the main corridor outside next to my room) whilst I was staying and at times when I was working from home. Fortunately I was out most times during the day. Could have done with some more tea options maybe a few biscuits. Having said, the espresso in the waiting room was a nice touch.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, entre le Bairro Alto et l'avenue de la Libertade. La chambre est fonctionnelle mais c'est largement suffisant pour un court séjour, la literie est confortable, les sanitaires sont toujours propres , même s'ils sont partagés.

Cons:

Ma chambre côté rue était un peu bruyante, peut-être faudrait il envisager du double vitrage, heureusement qu'il n'y a pas trop de circulation
