Everything is clean, the pool is clean too. The people is amazing, I used the laundry service and the motorbike rental service and everything was nice. For the price, the place is very good!

Molt ben ubicat. Família encantadora que fa l’estada mes agradable. L’home molt servicial i pendent de la nostra estada i necessitats. Ens va obrir a les 4 AM amb molt bona actitud. Perfecte homestay per ninh binh a una ubicació perfecte per gaudir del lloc.

Homestay bellissima e molto vicina al centro di Tam Coc ma fuori dal caos. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il condizionatore funziona molto bene. L’acqua non è calda ma tiepida, il che non è un problema considerando il caldo di Tam Coc. I Proprietari sono una giovane famiglia e molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatto delle colazioni buonissime. Abbiamo anche noleggiato la moto e ci hanno permesso di fare il late check-out.
La familia que lleva el homestay es muy simpática y son muy atentos. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tenia aire acondicionado y ventilador, cosa que se agradecía muchísimo.

Le personnel était adorable. Nous devions prendre un bus le matin et ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter.
La piscine est très agréable.
Petite mention à la literie qui est vraiment super.
Cet hôtel fait aussi restaurant, et nous avons pu manger un très bon plat le soir avec des jus de fruits pressés.
Pour citer quelque chose, peut être la douche qui est très très proche des toilettes.
La familia que lleva el homestay es maravillosa, han sido muy amables y atentos en toda nuestra estancia. La habitación era perfecta, la cama muy comoda y el baño impecable. Desayuno incluido con diferentes opciones para elegir. Disponen de motos para alquilar y bicis gratis para ir al centro.
Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina.

Me and my partner absolutely loved this homestay and was possibly our favourite one in 5 months of travelling! The family were absolutely lovely and so welcoming and accommodating, they really were the perfect hosts and the rooms were so comfortable and spacious, they had really good quality air conditioning too! The location is good and close enough to everything you would need, they also have a spa next door which the Homestay recommends which has such good prices and I had the best massage I’ve ever had there! Definitely recommend:)
