The food was horrible. They really need to hire a proper chef. I think the food is prepared by the staff themselves, as there doesn’t seem to be a professional chef.

Beautiful place to get out of the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Stunning setting. Friendly staff, gorgeous pool. There was some construction next door, but barely noticed it. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Close to Ella rock, walk along train tracks to town. Great to see the trains pass through

La piscina era molto bella e le stanze molto spaziose. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Cons:

La struttura è ancora in costruzione e questo non viene menzionato quindi la tua camera è circondata di stanze ancora in cemento. La colazione è abbastanza buona e le camere abbastanza pulite ma datate. La posizione è abbastanza scomoda anche se seguendo la ferrovia puoi raggiungere in circa 25 minuti a piedi il centro di Ella.

Pros:

A lovely place to stay in Sri Lanka! The owner is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. Warm hospitality and a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Un hôtel perché en montagne avec une vue incroyable.
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux du personnel.
La chambre est très spacieuse avec une vue à couper le souffle.
Le restaurant vu sur la piscine est incroyable.
Petit déjeuner excellent et repas du soir très bon également.

Cons:

Un peu éloigné du centre ville (3000 LKR aller-retour pour rejoindre le centre).

Mooi uitzicht en rustig
Pros:

De kamers zijn ruim en bieden een prachtig uitzicht op Ella, Ella Rock en de omgeving. Het zwembad is mooi en biedt een geweldig uitzicht op de vallei, hoewel het tijdens ons verblijf een beetje fris was.

Het hotel ligt in de bergen buiten Ella, vlakbij het treinstation van Kithalella. Als je het niet erg vindt om te lopen, is het ongeveer 40-50 minuten lopen van het hotel naar Ella langs de spoorlijn.

Cons:

Enkele verbeterpunten zijn het ontbijt, dat oké was, maar niets bijzonders. Ook misten we schone handdoeken en een aanvulling van het toiletpapier tijdens ons verblijf, waar we zelf om moesten vragen. Vreemd genoeg misten we stopcontacten op onze kamer, dus moest ik mijn telefoon in de badkamer opladen. Daarnaast bestaat de gym uit alleen een loopband, er zijn geen gewichten aanwezig.

Quarto e piscina, vista.

Cons:

Não é um hotel, mas sim um Hostel com quartos “melhores”, não tem infra-estruturas de apoio. O edifício está inacabado, com partes em cimento, até junto da piscina. A comida é péssima (inclusivamente tivemos uma intoxicação alimentar). Fica muito longe de Ella e de restaurantes e os acessos são muito maus. O PickMe não funciona na zona (os funcionários conseguem chamar um tuktuk, por um valor de 1500LKR cada viagem/3000 ida e volta)
