Relax!
Pros:

Un posto meraviglioso immerso nella campagna. La casa è curata, pulita e trasmette subito un senso di accoglienza e serenità. All'esterno regna la quiete, nessun rumore o disturbo.
La Signora con la S maiuscola, è stata straordinaria: gentilissima, attenta e sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Mi sono sentito davvero coccolato. Consigliatissimo.
Signora tornerò sicuramente.

Bello il casolare, un po' meno le stanze, pulite ma poco curate, con prese volanti e mobili vecchiotti. La titolare molto gentile e ospitale, tranne per il rebus all'ingresso, forse quello lo eviterei.
Peccato per il posto troppo isolato da Roma fiera, tutto sommato a piedi non è lontano, ma con il caldo di questi giorni è un agonia.
Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio.

Pros:

Host was communicative and responsive. Location is great if you need a quiet place near the airport. Cost/benefit ratio is fair (we paid €180,- for 2 nights in early June).

Cons:

Breakfast was only pre-packaged sweets and not refreshed for the second day. Bad sound proofing from next door neighbors: they were noisy at 4 AM at night, while the one door separating us from them didn't block any sound. Attention to detail left to be desired: garden furniture was dirty, the shower head had no holder, and the power strip besides the bed came unplugged during the night because the bed touched it (which caused the phone to be empty in the morning). The instructions for the remote check-in were missing two of the steps.

Bello, ma non balla
Pros:

La posizione vicino alla fiera è davvero ottima, ma la stanza necessita di qualche intervento di manutenzione. Diciamo che per noi che abbiamo soggiornato una notte è stata più che sufficiente.

Cons:

La camera ha bisogno di qualche piccola miglioria per renderla davvero confortevole.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host nonostante fosse impossibilitata ad essere presente per malattia. Comodissima la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina al sicuro

La maniglia della porta a vetri rotta, scarico del bagno non perfettamente funzionante, già presenti molte zanzare all'interno della stanza al mio arrivo e soprattutto una colazione fatta di prodotti confezionati di bassa qualità che non merita di essere pagata di più come ho fatto, al massimo quello dovrebbe essere un piatto di benvenuto. A posteriori avrei pagato di meno senza colazione
