Las instalaciones están perfectas, y nos sirvieron mucho los consejos de la ciudad de Rui y Moisés.
The suite was spotless and comfy. Though the kitchen and living room were shared, it still felt quite private as we never ran into any other guests in them. Well equipped. Great location.
There's no light in the main hallway so it was a bit of a struggle getting into the apartment at night.
El apartamento está muy limpio y cómodo. Moisés és muy simpático, nos ayudó a aparcar sin tener que pagar. Se adaptó a los horarios de la entrada y a la salida sin probelmas.
El apartamento tiene de todo, cama comoda, doble cristal por lo que no hay ruído para dormir, aire acondicionado, muchos armários, espejos y un baño muy completo.
Tanto si visitas la ciudad en avion como en coche el apartamento es muy cómodo. Tienes el metro de Trindade cerca para ir al aeropuerto (y le metro de gimaraes) y también aparcamiento si vas en coche.

La gentilezza dello staff, che ci ha fatto la grande cortesia, assolutamente non dovuta, di anticiparci il check in, che ci ha consigliati e fornito piccole piacevoli attenzioni, come il farci trovare in camera all'arrivo una bottiglia d'acqua e un pacco di biscotti. Ambienti grandi, puliti, gradevoli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Cucina super accessoriata. Doccia grande e asciugamani profumati. Balconcino in camera e piccola veranda in comune. Posizione ottima. Fermata della metro, bar e bistrò a due passi, supermercato abbastanza vicino.
Strada rumorosa con la finestra aperta, ma i doppi vetri isolano bene.
Ci sono 5 o 6 gradini per arrivare all'ascensore, potrebbe essere un problema per persone con mobilità ridotta.
Muy completo equipado y muy comodo todo, la anfitriona muy amable y disponible a cualquier duda y se acomoda al horario que puedes.

Alles lag netjes klaar voor mij, goed verzorgd.
Het kan zijn dat ik niet goed gelezen heb. Bij arriveren kwam ik erachter dat de woonkamer en keuken gedeeld waren met een andere gast.
Was geen probleem, hoor. Je bent toch veel weg en de andere gast was vriendelijk en netjes.
De weg langs het appartement is best druk en lawaaierig. Vond ik persoonlijk.
En tegenover het appartement zit een drogist/apotheek met een bord dat licht knippert. Dit zie je 's nachts net door het rolluik en de gordijnen heen.
Als je snel last hebt van zulke dingen (geluid, licht) dan beter oordopjes en slaapmaskertje meenemen.

Por decir algo la humedad se palpaba en el ambiente aunque no supuso nada desagradable en la vivencia
Muy agradecidos a Moisés por su atención y disponibilidad pese a que el vuelo se nos retraso y tuvimos una equivocación a la hora de la reserva que pudo solventar proporcionando una alternativa de alojamiento en el momento. Estaba perfectamente limpio y bien preparado para una visita de varioa días a Oporto.
Nada negativo que destacar.
Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement (kamer, gedeelde keuken). De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het prachtige centrum en om de hoek een metrohalte voor als je even niet door de stijle straten wil lopen. Wij zijn zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben goede tips gekregen over waar lekker (Portugees) te eten. Zeker een aanrader!

The room say that it has parking, but is not a free one. We had to pay for the zone parking.
