El personal fatal, sin ganas de trabajar. Intentándonos sacar el máximo de dinero en actividades cuando en realidad las puedes a conseguir a un precio mucho más barato y riéndose en nuestra cara. En la habitación había bichos, sobretodo hormigas que por mucho que limpiábamos salían de a saber dónde. El baño olía fatal. La piscina súper sucia, no la limpian. Las fotos que ponen no es nada realista con lo que se ve.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, man ist fußläufig von der Altstadt entfernt. Also alles in der Nähe! Ausflüge können gebucht werden, Personal war soo freundlich.
Prima war auch, dass wir super früh einchecken konnten und uns sogar das Zimmer aussuchen konnten. Als sechsköpfige Familie haben wir zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür genommen. Perfekt!
Wäscheservice vorhanden.
Frühstück muss man am Abend vorher bestellen, aber sehr lecker.

Cons:

Gab leider kein frisches Trinkwasser auf´s Zimmer. Musste man sich selbst besorgen.

Està a dos pasos caminant del centre però és molt tranquil a les nits, molt ben situat.
La piscina s'agraeix molt quan tornes cansat de tot el dia. Hi ha una zona comú on es pot prendre menjar de fora. Molt amables i amb totes les facilitats.

Cons:

Com a la majoria dels llocs del Vietnam, la dutxa està massa a prop del vàter.

ATTENZIONE!!! L’indirizzo pubblicato da Booking non viene trovato né da GOOGLE MAPS Maps (dá un punto differente) nè da GRAB, l’ottimo ed economico equivalente di Uber.
Su GOOGLE MAPS si può mettere il nome della struttura, e la trova, oppure questo indirizzo corretto: 176 Nguyễn phuc tan,Hoi An.
Segnalato il problema alla struttura, verificate se hanno provveduto ad effettuare il cambiamento su Booking.
LA CITTÀ È BELLISSIMA!
POSIZIONE: Comoda, a soli 12 minuti a piedi dal centro ma percorrendo una strada piena di negozi e strutture. Fiume dall’altra parte della strada.
STAFF: Gentile e simpatico.
TEMPI DI RISPOSTA ALLE DOMANDE O ALLE RICHIESTE SU BOOKING (dopo la prenotazione): Non rispondono, o lo fanno con grande ritardo. Se si scrive in italiano, sembra non leggano la traduzione, e le risposte sono incongrue.
STANZA: Ampia, con divano, tavolo da lavoro, frigorifero con congelatore, letto con materasso comodo, sia ventilatore che aria condizionata. Pareti un poco spoglie, ma grande stampa sopra il letto,
Camere non tutte uguali. Bagno con lavandino e separato bagno e doccia. Per l’acqua più calda, occorre chiedere che la accendano, poi la lasciano accesa.
La struttura ha stanze su due piani.
PISCINA: Bella, abbastanza ampia.
PIANTE: sparse
COLAZIONE: Buona. Pagamento a parte. 90.000 VND a persona e comprende 3 sezioni con elementi da scegliere: un piatto principale (come omelette o uova strapazzate, zuppa di noodles, pane formaggio e prosciutto cotto ecc), una bevanda (succo o altro) e un dolce o frutta (Mango o altro). Da ordinare per tempo così acquistano le cose.
TRASPORTO: per 350.000 VND provvedono all’autista in aeroporto o a portarti in aeroporto. Valutare la convenienza. In ogni caso è un servizio che può risultare utile.

chủ homestay rất nhiệt tình, rất dễ thương, mình đi cùng gia đình có em bé nhỏ và được chủ homestay hỗ trợ rát nhiệt tình. nếu lần sau về Vietnam chơi mình vẫn sẽ chọn ở đây làm nơi lưu trú.

Huge room and great location
Pros:

Great location and the owner was really helpful. The room was huge and had Aircon and a ceiling fan. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. Can rent motorbikes, free bicycles and have your laundry done.

Cons:

The front desk isn't always manned
