Pros:

All the amenities were very fresh, clean and working perfectly. Homestay was located perfectly in a good quiet street close enough to everything. Enough restaurants, convenience store etc in a short walking distance. Possible to rent bicycles and motorbikes through them too.
Owner was one of the nicest people I have met during my stay in Vietnam. Always so friendly and incredibly helpful, whenever we needed something he was there for us. All of the staff was part of the family and such nice people. They all took very good care of the property and all the quests which made everything absolutely perfect. We started off booking 3 nights but ended up staying for 10 days since we enjoyed this place so much.

Pros:

Le propriétaire est vraiment adorable, très gentil et aux petits soins pour nous du début à la fin. Il nous a aidés pour tout, y compris pour organiser notre voiture jusqu'à l'aéroport de Hanoï. L'emplacement est idéal, au pied de Hang Múa, au calme et entouré de rizières et de montagnes, et tout proche de Tràng An et de Hoa Lư. Un très bon séjour, que je recommande sans hésiter !

Останавливались в середине октября, расположение отеля очень удобное, пешком можно дойти до Mua Cave, до магазинов и ресторанов, в отеле чисто, уютно, есть бассейн, отличные завтраки! Отдельная благодарность супер гостеприимному хозяину, помог со всеми вопросами, рассказал куда поехать и что посмотреть, где купить билеты, арендовали у него байк по отличной цене, помог забронировать билет в Сапу!

Cai and his wife were fabulous hosts and obviously very proud of their homestay.
It was super, super clean and very comfortable.
Airconditioner was icy cold, the pool a welcome retreat after hiring bicycles and all food very, very tasty. Cocktails as well!
Cai is super-attentive as a host and we wanted for nothing.
Quick easy walk to Mua Cave in the morning to avoid the heat and crowds. Easy cycle to Trang An and Tam Coc, not that we needed to go there with so many restaurants and shops in close proximity.
Thank you! If I'm back in the area I would certainly stay here again.

A month of rest and relaxation in a great little homestay.
Pros:

Great location tucked down a side road but within walking distance of plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Cai and his wife were great hosts, the place is spotlessly clean, the pool was very welcoming on the hot and steamy days, breakfast was good and varied which we appreciated as we were there for a month. Will be back next year

Pros:

11/10! Everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly and the staff were always there to help. The pool was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. You can rent a scooter or a bike on site at a very good price, which is so convenient. This is honestly the best place to stay to visit Ninh Binh. Highly recommended!

Emplacement à l’extérieur du centre de Nihn Bihn ce qui permet d’être au calme, propriétaire au top toujours au petit soin, serviette et bouteille d’eau apporté tout les jours.
Petit déjeuner vietnamien au top 👌🏻
Location de scooter et vélo sur place à un super prix.
Je recommande à 100% ce logement

Top Unterkunft!
Pros:

Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet, sodass ich mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Auch die Lage ist super: Von hier aus kann man direkt zur Hang-Múa-Höhle laufen. Der Ort ist zwar etwas kleiner, bietet aber dennoch einige Restaurants, Massagesalons und Waschsalons, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Pool ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Recommended Trang An Accomodation
Pros:

Excellent host, recommend staying here. Clean bright rooms. Very helpful to arrange anything you need. Arranged taxi for us to Bia Dinh Pagoda. Restaurants and mini mart a few mins away. We would stay here again.

Just what I needed
Pros:

Room was clean and had everything i needed. The pool was an absolute bonus as weather was very hot. Lovely host and looked after my needs. Its in a quiet area, about 8min motorbike ride to the village where main restaurants are. They hired out motorbikes so was easy. Its very close to some of the attractions around. Happy to stay again and would recommend.

De los mejores sitios en los que hemos estado!
Pros:

El sitio es increíble, la familia que lo alquila son encantadores y super atentos, las habitaciones son cómodas, están limpias y el desayuno esta increíble también.

Cons:

Esta lejos de tam Coc, pero esta al lado de las principales actividades como la Mua Cave.
