Perfect Stay
Pros:

I liked the receptionist and his kindness the male guy upon arrival. I also like how spacious and clean it was.

Cons:

I didn't like the balcony and the heating facilities.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. the place overall is beautiful. love the patio set up for each room, makes it ideal to visit in the summer time.

Cons:

would I go back, yes for sure but just a plea to have full body mirrors in all the rooms, clean the irons as I still borrowed from another room but it was just as bad as ours, maybe a pan and a pot in each room so it's not a hustle for people without cars... last but not least, I wouldn't recommend as a romantic stay simply because the walls are too thin.

Excellent Stay Every Time
Pros:

Amazing place to stay if you're visiting Kensington or the surrounding area. I've stayed at Aluve Guesthouse three times while visiting Johannesburg, and each stay has been excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property is safe, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Aluve Guesthouse, and I will definitely stay there again on my future visits to Johannesburg.
