Une chambre avait la moustiquaire trop petite, ventilateur cassé, et la poignée de la salle de bain à moitié devissee
L'autre chambre ne fermait pas (penne de la porte coincé)
Nous avons déplacé les lits pour que les moustiquaires tombent mieux

Struttura semplice e ben posizionata, vicina al centro ma fuori dal caos turistico di Ella. Dalla terrazza della camera una vista favolosa verso le montagne, massima pulizia e letto comodo. I gestori sono super gentili e disponibili.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf met prachtig uitzicht en dichtbij centrum
Pros:

Een heerlijk verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht op de Ella gap en de bergen. Eigenaresse is super aardig en heel behulpzaam. Je kunt ook je kleding laten wassen in dit hotel. Locatie is heel rustig en je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar het centrum. Aanrader!

Heerlijk comfortabel verblijf in gemoedelijk (erg toeristisch) stadje.
Pros:

Prachtige grote familiekamer met uitzicht op Ella val, met heerlijke douche, zithoek, tv en zelfs Netflix. Vijf minuten lopen van het centrum, wel een korte steile helling op of af maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.

We stayed at Green Village Ella on the night of 28 July, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our stay in Sri Lanka. The experience was absolutely amazing and felt more like a five-star stay.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking. The accommodation was extremely clean, beautifully maintained and had a very high-quality, almost luxurious feel. We were warmly welcomed by the family who runs the place, and they had drinks prepared for us when we arrived, which was a lovely touch.

The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also had access to their kitchen, which was very practical for us as we like to prepare and cut our own fruit.

The breakfast was absolutely exceptional. It was generous, beautifully prepared and gave us the opportunity to taste a variety of delicious Sri Lankan foods. We particularly loved the traditional pancakes filled with coconut and honey. There was so much food that we stayed full for hours afterwards!

The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. There is a shop about a 15-minute walk away, although the walk involves some uphill and downhill sections, so it is not necessarily the easiest access. However, the beautiful surroundings more than make up for this.

Overall, Green Village Ella was an exceptional place to stay. The stunning views, wonderful hosts, beautiful accommodation, delicious breakfast and high-quality amenities made this feel like a truly special experience. We would absolutely recommend it.

Cons:

The only downside for us was that they did not accept card payments, so we had to pay in cash. Apart from that, everything was fantastic.

Excelente estada
Pros:

Vistas impresionantes desde la terraza. El personal es muy servicial y amable. Mi marido es celíaco y para desayunar le hicieron unos pancakes de arroz y estaban riquísimos. Se puede ir andando al centro, hay una cuesta un poco empinada pero se puede hacer bien.

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch waren unsere Ausflugsziele fussläufig erreichbar. Die Familie war sehr nett und hat sogar jemanden organisiert, der unseren Bus wieder auf die Straße gebracht hat.

Cons:

Fehlende Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Zimmer.
Sehr schmaler Balkon.
