Pros:

Lugar ideal para descansar. Queríamos dormír durante una escala del vuelo y fue perfecto, ambiente tranquilo, todo muy limpio y cama cómoda.
Nos orientaron con el transporte al lugar.

We chose this place because we had an early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and the shared bathroom was also clean and well maintained. The host lives in the house, and there were other guests staying during our visit.

The property is about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, although it may take around 30 minutes during morning traffic. Overall, it is a convenient and comfortable option for travelers with early flights.

Cons:

The only downsides were that there was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom in the morning, and it was not replenished promptly. In addition, the exchange rate offered for payment by the host in Peruvian soles (3.6 PEN per USD) was significantly different from the market rate.

Convenient + comfortable
Pros:

Super comfy bed, nice clean bathroom.

Cons:

Only problem is there were sooo many pigeons that it smelled like bird poop outside when I opened my rooms window. Idk if that can be controlled though.

Die Betreiberin ist sehr nett und hilfreich.
Die Lage ist praktisch, wenn man eine Übernachtung in der Nähe des Flughafens sucht.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Das Umfeld ist nicht wirklich attraktiv.
Das Haus ist von außen überhaupt nicht als Unterkunft gekennzeichnet, so dass man erst einmal nicht weiß, wo man klingeln soll. Ich habe erst in einem benachbarten Geschäft fragen müssen. Die Unterkunft muss unbedingt ein Schild außen anbringen.
Weiterhin war die Dusche sehr instabil. Mal kam ordentlich Wasser, dann gab es wieder überhaupt keinen Wasserdruck.
Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass das Zimmer Fenster zu einem Innenhof hat, der sehr stark nach Taubenexkrementen riecht. Allerdings musste ich aufgrund der Wärme im Zimmer das Fenster zum Lüften nutzen.
Wifi gibt es, aber der Empfang in den Zimmer war sehr schwach, so dass ich zeitweise in den Flur gegangen bin, um einen ordentlichen Empfang zu haben. Dort war er dann ganz gut.

Clean, spacious and close to the airport
Pros:

I can’t fault this place - very clean, spacious and close to the airport. Super comfy bed. Doris and Raul are very kind people, communication was very easy and timely over WhatsApp. They stayed up to let us in after a very late flight arrival and stored our bags when we went on an excursion. This is a good place :)
