Very disappointing experience—the room was much smaller than expected and unsuitable for our needs,
Pros:

**Disappointing experience — room was much smaller than expected**

I booked this property after seeing the room photos shared with me, and I was under the impression that the room would be spacious and comfortable. I also clearly informed the property in advance that my wife is pregnant and that we needed a suitable, comfortable room. They assured me that everything would be arranged when we arrived.

However, when we actually checked in and saw the room, it was much smaller than expected and was not suitable for our situation. The room did not match the impression given by the photos or our prior conversation with the property.

Unfortunately, we had to leave because of the room conditions. What was more disappointing was that the amount paid for the booking was also not refunded.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I strongly recommend that guests confirm the actual room size and suitability directly with the property before booking, especially if travelling with a pregnant woman or requiring additional comfort.
