Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The place was extremely dirty and did not look anything like the photos advertised online. The staff were unprofessional and the overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable.

The photos make the place look beautiful and well-maintained, but the reality was completely different. I honestly felt misled by the pictures. I would not recommend this place, especially if cleanliness, professionalism, and safety are important to you.

Pros:

Lage und Personal waren super, es gab warmes Wasser. An sich alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Nur wir denken sie haben den Schimmel übermalt, es roch sehr feucht und schimmlig. Türe ging nicht ganz zu.

the location is very central and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. We found different insects between the sheets and in the bathroom. We were okay with it but maybe it is not for everybody.

Wonderful Place
Pros:

We spent some wonderful, totally relaxing days here. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom—featuring a separate shower and bathtub—is a real plus for Bali. The elevated pool is magnificent; it gets sun all day long, and there are small areas for meditation or workouts. Breakfast is truly excellent and extensive. We highly recommend this place. Ayu and her family take great care of their guests and are always available. A wonderful experience away from the chaos of Ubud.

La ubicación es perfecta, la familia que vive allí están muy pendientes de que no te falte nada, son personas maravillosas, el último día teníamos que dejar las habitaciones muy temprano y nos dejaron el desayuno en la nevera junto a fruta para cada una, se han portado muy bien con nosotras, estamos muy agradecidas.

Pros:

Don't know where to start from, the place is surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owner lady is so sweet, softspoken and always ready to assist which is what made the stay truly exceptional. The property is located right in the heart of the main market making it very convenient with plenty of cafes, shops, and spas just a short walk away. My heartfelt thank you to the owner for helping me out there, it's rare to find such genuine hospitality and concern for guests. Thank you again for your kindness and support.
