Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaparak gitmiştim tesise, iki ayrı çift kişili oda seçtim, birisi çift yataklı diğeri king bed (iki kişilik) .. sadece odaları rezerve ederken booking sisteminin otomatik yönlendirmelerinin verdiği küçük bir detayı gözden kaçırmışım (yani odalardaki konaklayacak kişi sayısını) .. kişi sayısını belirtildigi zaman booking sistemi üzerinde fiyat üzerinde hiçbir değişiklik olmadan kabul ederken, resepsiyon tarafından belirtilmeyen kişi sayısı ve konaklanacak gün sayısınca ekstra ücret talep ettiler...
Really helpful with accommodation and had good food
We did like the personal. They all were very nice and helpfull. Room was clean and all you need was there, especally whene travelling only with a hand luggage.
I booked this hotel specifically because it had an outdoor pool. No one informed us that it was supposedly under construction. We could clearly see the pool from our window — it looked clean, full of water, and there was no visible construction happening at all.
It made no sense that guests were not allowed to use it, even just for relaxing or sunbathing. The whole situation felt very strange. The hotel was even showing videos in the lobby promoting the pool area as a nice place to stay and relax, yet guests were not allowed access.
One staff member even went to speak with the manager, but the answer was still no. We were told the pool was "under full construction," which simply did not appear to be true.
Muhabbet the housekeeper did a great job and Asiya the hostess was very helpful and friendly.
The boys at the reception helped us all the time, they we're very nice
Food was excelent, delicious and with a Big variety of dishes.
Sauna was great and clean.
Thoug it has a shopping mall right in front, the place is calm, perfect to rest after a working day.

1.Wifi好评，非常稳定；2.酒店早餐不错，选择还可以；3.酒店地理位置很好，对面有个商场，超市购物或者吃饭，小坐都很方便。距离IFM展馆也不远，可以地铁到达。这点对出差的人非常重要。
1.酒店设施稍微老旧，可以明显看出来木制装饰的痕迹，还有洗手台的磕碰；2.酒店的电梯不知道什么原因，有2天时间只有1台能用，希望改进；3.卫生打扫不太彻底，第一天的行李标签，直到第三天才被清掉；4.插座规格有点区别，床头的插座只有比较新的转换插头才能用。
Close to the dentist
The shower was poorly designed, water was flushing everywhere in the bathroom.
They didn’t have enough toilet rolls in the bathroom, we had to keep asking for it.
We got the iron , but next day they took it back and we had to ask for it again.
They took the bath robes and we had to ask for it.
The curtains were broken and floor was very dirty.
Nice location, clean rooms, amazing food! Asiya and Bedirhan helped us make our stay more comfortable.
Very beautiful hotel no loud noise at all even though the hotel had lost of guests, service is excellent amenities is perfect the house keeping excellent 👌 the 2 girls who are at the bar Asiya and ulku are brilliant really helpful also the 2 boys Bedirhan and Serkan also the same, thankyou for your service 10 /10
