Pros:

Very good location and price, the owner was nice, giving us good indications and letting us keep the bikes in the garage.

Cons:

The house seems to be where the owner lives and we didn't feel very comfortable there as it didn't feel private. The cleaning also was not the best.

Cama confortável e quarto espaçoso com vários armários, móveis para guardar as coisas.
Boa recepção com bombons e uma garrafa de água.
Casa de banho espaçosa e sala de estar também
Ventoinha no quarto.

Muito bem localizado, perto de vagas para parar o carro, limpo e espaçoso.

Cons:

O travesseiro que é de "espuma em flocos" poderia ter um melhor e um pillow top no colchão, mas nada que impediu a boa hospedagem.

It was very close to center and many places including school of agriculture, just walling 10 min. Landlord hosted us, he was really kind and generous person. I was with my daughter, she used the apartment as hers. We are sorry if we made noisy for other guest during the time.
