Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to a friend.
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Quiet, safe area. Easy access to the rest of Fairbanks.

Cons:

There was no sauna to be found, though the listing mentions there is supposed to be one. Never saw, nor talked with any representative of the B&B, as entry was completely electronic. -Perhaps I just missed it?

A great stay in Fairbanks!
Pros:

When we rolled up to the Adamina, we weren't sure what to think...but the rooms are GREAT! They are laid out as mini-apartments within a larger house, but the amenities to each are really good. Full sized refrigerators, washer/dryers, and bathrooms were in our room.

Cons:

Some things in the apartment were a bit dated...however, I am fully aware that Dan (the owner) is constantly working on improving the facility...and I mean constantly. So if I were to return, I'd go in believing that the facility/amenities would improve wach time.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig und ist extrem sauber und hübsch gestaltet. Es riecht hier auch sehr gut und gar nicht nach Chemie.
Der Gastgeber hat prompt auf Wünsche reagiert und uns geholfen.

Great place celebrated 35th anniversary. Plenty of space and great kitchen with laundry room

The accomodations were vey nice and clean.

Cons:

The internet is very slow. We reached out to the owners by text but never heard back from them.

I don't like the fact there was no parking space identified for our Denali suite. We had to fight for a parking space with others who were renting portions of the property.

Pros:

I had "Denali" apartment on the first floor, and it was perfect - spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. There's even a jacuzzi, and it's actually in the bedroom, which I think is handy in the winter. Three cats would come out onto the terrace in the evenings, making it a very chilled atmosphere.

I highly recommend staying at the Adamina.
Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Fairbanks. We would definitely recommend staying at the Adamina.
