Pros:

Es un departamento de un dormitorio, baño, estar-comedor y cocina, incluso tiene una lavandería con lavadora y secadora de ropa, todo funcional y muy espacioso.
Todo limpio y equipado.
Una muy buena opción para visitar Fairbanks.
Se corresponde en un cien por ciento con lo descrito en Booking

Grande Chambre et lits très confortables.
Entrée autonome par boîtier électronique.
Parking à côté de la maison

Cons:

Difficulté à utiliser le boîtier a notre arrivée. Le propriétaire a dû intervenir pour nous expliquer comment faire. (Heureusement il habite sur place)

Good accommodation, especially with a car and phone, but more like AirBnB than a hotel..
Pros:

Sweet, clean and comfortable room. Not a bad location for walking access to dining and downtown. Good effort at communication prior to arrival. Good backup available via phone or wifi.

Cons:

No reception or personal meet and greet so not really a hotel, although they did reply to email queries reasonably quickly.
Noises from a neighbouring room were annoying as they were very obvious.

Well kept and walking distance to all downtown Fairbanks, Alaska.
Pros:

It is in a central location in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. It was walking distance to everything. The owners keep the whole property immaculate and well stocked. No one will bother you here. It’s safe and secure.

Cons:

The small fridge under the counter is a little noisy but I got used to it. Not a major issue because it works fine.
