Friendly staff, location is good, worth for money.
Pros:

Staff are super friendly, helpful. They staff will text you first asking what time is your arrival. They are not at the check in counter all the time. But they are very helpful. They will also provide many local foods places. We booked transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang. Cheaper than Grab. 270K Dong for one way.

Bed is comfortable, toilet is clean, room is clean. Blanket is not very much breathable.

Location is small alley, next to this homestay you can local foods, nice cafe for coffee.

Cons:

If they can serve for breakfirst like coffee would be nice.

Fuimos con mi familia y lo que más nos encantó fue la atención de Khoa, el dueño del hotel. Nos recomendó un montón de lugares para visitar, las bicis en el hotel son gratuitas y están ahí para usarlas siempre. Muy cómodo, limpio y la mejor ubicación. Sin dudas volveremos 🩷

Pros:

We loved staying here. And Hoi An has to be the best stay in Vietnam so far for us. Room was comfortable and nice and clean. Staff super friendly, even gave us some cookies for our train ride when we left. Would definately recommend.
