Pros:

City center and Tam Coc area are very busy and noisy. But this Trang an closed village is calm. Riding scooter around from here is enough to enjoy Ninh Binh. This homestay runs a cafe with some good quality foods for breakfast and lunch.

Cons:

The small white dog was not friendly to me 🤔

A cozy, peaceful stay with wonderful hosts!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable and safe, with beautiful surroundings. I especially loved the wholesome vibe of the place, with cats wandering around. It was also easy to get around using GrabBike taxis. The hosts were friendly and helpful, assisting me with my transfer arrangements and enthusiastically sharing recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Ninh Binh. Overall, a really warm and welcoming experience!

Pros:

- le personnel adorable! Ils expliquent quels endroits visiter sur une carte
- chambre grande, avec télé, propre ! Grande douche
- location de scooter facile et pas chère + le personnel indique la pompe à essence la moins chère
- le petit déjeuner était très bon
- petit chat trop mignon

Cons:

- un peu loin du centre mais largement faisable en scooter
- même si je pense que ce n’est pas de leur faute, on leur a donné nos vêtements qu’ils ont confié à une laverie. On les a récupérés tachés et décolorés.. Mais ils se sont excusés et je pense que c’est la faute de la laverie mais soyez prudents

It’s a tremendous place. The staff is fantastic, caring, and attentive. The location is beautiful and quiet. The facilities and rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks to the whole team for another wonderful stay in Ninh Binh.

Great family run homestay. With excellent cafe onsite.
Pros:

Great little family run homestay. Quiet location, central to all the major sites, which are easily access via motorbike or Grab. Pool was perfect to beat the unseasonal heatwave (rooms and cafe have air-conditioning). Great coffee and smoothies.
