Beautiful Location, lovely family and delicious food!
Pros:

The breakfast was one of our highlights of the whole trip. We honestly havent had a breakfast in Vietnam afterwards that was as good as here.

Pros:

A truly authentic, family-run place. I learned a lot about the local culture talking to the hosts. The bungalow is simple but this added to the authentic experience. It has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the rice fields. I slept really well to the peaceful sounds of nature. It is located in a quiet, farmy area, but a short walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and massage places in town. The town Tavan has surprisingly artsy spots and beautiful alternative bars overlooking the mountains and rice fields. Although it is a bit of a drive to Sapa Town, I was ultimately happy I chose to stay in the Tavan area instead, as it is much nicer to walk around, without the hectic traffic or masses of tourists. The homestay organizes hikes so ask about that.

Cons:

I couldn't figure out how to make the water in the shower warm up. But I also didn't ask.

Pros:

Я останавливалась в 2 отелях в сапе и этот мне понравился больше. Здесь тише и спокойнее. До кафе и ресторанов чуть дольше, но всего 3-5-10 минут пешком. Здесь очень вкусно готовят. Рекомендую спринг роллы - один из лучших что я ела.
Владельцы и правда очень милые и настоящие. Это искренняя доброта. Мы хорошо поболтали с владельцем.
Я останавливалась на одну ночь в маленьком бунгало, во вторую в семейном. И там и там классный вид, но в семейном панарамный на рисовые поля. Очень красиво .
Инструкция по заселению: предупредите о времени вашего приезда и владелец заберет ваши вещи внизу на байке.

Pros:

Nous avions un bungalow familial avec une vue extraordinaire sur les rizières.
Les repas étaient faits à la demande. Ils allaient acheter les ingrédients au fur et à mesure des commandes passées. C'était délicieux. Les hôtes et leurs deux petites filles étaient une gentillesse incroyable!

Cons:

Franchement rien.
La literie était très bonne. Nous avons pu bien nous reposer.
C'était un dépaysement total.
Nous avons fait une sortie avec une guide locale en passant par l'hôtel. On a découvert la vie des habitants. C'était une super journée.

La familia es maravillosa y alli disfrutamos de la mejor comida de todo nuestro viaje a Vietnam. Tambien contratamos con ellos un trekking que estuvo fenomenal. Las cabañas no son lujosas pero son auténticas, estás en plena naturaleza así que te vas encontrar algunos bichillos pero la cama tiene mosquitera. Las vistas desde las cabañas dan a la montaña y tienes una terrazita propia para disfrutar las vistas. Hay un par de cafés cercas para ir caminando y tomar algo, para lo demas moto o taxi que te gestionan ellos mismos. De nuevo insisto en que esta familia fue exiquisita con la atención.

Cons:

Hay una cuesta pronunciada para llegar al homestay, nada insalvable si tienes una condicion fisica normal.

Wszystko ! Spokój, widoki, gospodarz, miejsce , jedzenie 💛
Byliśmy tylko 1,5 dnia ale spędziliśmy go cudownie m. Gospodarz pomógł zorganizować nam transport z sapy do miejsca +trekking z lokalną przewodniczką. Po trekkingu czekało na nas pyszne smoothie bananowe. Wieczorem przepyszna kolacja jak z najlepszej restauracji. Rano przepyszne śniadanie. Miejsce przepiękne blisko natury czyli tak jak lubimy. Domek cudowny, czysty, zadbany, z pięknymi widokami. Odpoczęliśmy na maksa po wcześniejszym cięższym dniu.Wszystko było bez zastrzeżeń . Jedno z najpiękniejszych miejsc w jakim udało nam się być 💛 dziękujemy bardzo za gościnę i życzymy wszystkiego dobrego. Marla i Dani

Une vrai coupure nature
Pros:

Les propriétaires sont adorables et très réactifs, nous sommes arrivés un matin à 6h et à 9h nous étions déjà accompagné d’un guide pour un trek !
La vue de la chambre est comme sur les photos, magnifique !
Le repas du soir était exceptionnel 🤤 Les meilleurs nems que j ai pu manger de toute ma vie pour le moment !

Cons:

L’app de grab ne nous a pas amener au bon endroit, faites gaffe quand vous vous y rendez !

Best Homestay ever!!!
Pros:

This was by far our favorite place we stayed during our two months in Vietnam. The views were incredible. We were even watching paragliders from our window! The family is SO SWEET. We loved talking with the owners, they’re a very nice couple. All of the food we ate was amazing.

Cons:

No real complaints, but if I had to pick something, maybe a way to move the water toward the drain after showering

Pros:

The hosts were great, so friendly and accommodating. They let us check in as early as the room was ready as we got off an early morning bus and the room was very clean with great views. The food they cooked was also very tasty. We did a guided walk with them, and the local guide Mimi showed us and explained the way of life of the black hmong village and the dzao village and was a lovely person. Really loved our stay and would happily stay again. Thank you!

Pros:

La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils pour notre séjour. La chambre dans une cabane avait une très belle vue et était confortable. Bon petit-dejeuner. Ambiance très familiale.
