L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel et l' ambiance familiale. Le calme et la piscine très agréable durant les heures chaudes Je suis passé par eux pour réserver une visite du site cham de My Son à un tarif très raisonnable. Le Windbell est très proche du centre historique de Hoi An. Pour un bon marcheur il faut 10 minutes un 1/4 h pas plus. A proximité plusieurs bonnes adresses : Family un petit restaurant vietnamien et pizza, Trenchtown un bar restaurant rasta avec un bon son. Un bar restaurant pizzeria dont le patron est fan de "delta blues" et Dip la Reine de la lessive pour 30 000 dôngs/ kg ? Linge parfaitement lavé, séché et repassé. Enseigne rouge "Laundry" un peu avant le Windbell sur le même trottoir.

Pool was nice (although quite warm) and breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is cleaned every day.
I booked several rooms for my group, as a tour leader. Be aware if you book a twin room, you are not getting a room with two proper beds. Instead, it's a double bed with a rock hard small pop up 'bed' next to it. This should definitely be mentioned when booking! My guests had to room move after one night, as this was not acceptable.
On the day of check-out, one room was kept (and paid for!) by our group to store our luggage and to take a shower before leaving on the night bus. I had asked one of the family members to open the hotel room for my group in case I was not around. Not a problem she said. Well, turns out it was. My group was not allowed in for some reason, causing us all to be stressed and rushed to shower before getting on the night bus.
And to top it all off, the (I guess) owner asked me to cancel the reservation on Booking.com, because he did not want to pay commission. I refused, since I had already paid everything. Today I discovered he has altered all of my room rates in hindsight, to make sure he pays way less commission. This is a very dishonest family!

Мы остановились на одну ночь, что бы посмотреть окрестности и сходить на вечернее шоу. За свои деньги прекрасный номер со всем необходимыи. Так же на территории есть бассейн и возможность поесть и магазинчик. Так же можно приобоести билеты на шоу и прочие забавы.

Séjour parfait, un accueil d'une grande gentillesse !
Nous avons passé 3 nuits fantastiques dans cet établissement. L'équipe et les propriétaires sont d'une attention incroyable et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Ils se sont notamment occupés de réserver notre bus et ont organisé une navette qui est venue nous chercher directement devant l'hôtel.
Un immense merci à eux pour leur souplesse le dernier jour : nous avons pu profiter de la piscine bien après l'heure du check-out, prendre une douche et manger tranquillement avant notre départ de 19h.
Le petit souci d'incompréhension à l'arrivée sur la configuration de la chambre (du fait de notre anglais limité) est un détail sans importance qui ne gâche en rien notre excellente expérience. Le propriétaire aurait trouvé une solution sans hésiter si nous nous étions mieux compris.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés pour sa bienveillance et son service irréprocha
