L’appartement est superbe et la personne très accueillante

Le bruit de la rue mais il faisait chaud, les fenêtres étaient obligés d’être ouverte. Nous avons très bien dormi quand même grâce aux bouchons d’oreille fourni

Bardzo udany pobyt w pięknym, przestronnym i wyjątkowo czystym mieszkaniu – miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócę.

Bardzo udany pobyt i miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócę. Mieszkanie jest świetnie skomunikowane – zaledwie około 5 minut spacerem od stacji Genova Sampierdarena, skąd łatwo dostać się do centrum Genui i innych miejsc. W najbliższej okolicy znajdują się sklepy, restauracje, bary i kawiarnie, więc wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu, jest praktycznie pod ręką.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w klimatycznej, dobrze utrzymanej kamienicy. Jest przestronne, stylowo urządzone i przede wszystkim wyjątkowo czyste. Pokój jest wygodny, a dużym atutem jest możliwość swobodnego korzystania z części wspólnych – przestronnego salonu oraz tarasu. To daje znacznie więcej przestrzeni niż typowy wynajmowany pokój i pozwala naprawdę odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Gospodyni jest serdeczna, gościnna i bezproblemowa, a cały pobyt przebiegał w bardzo swobodnej atmosferze. Kiedy ponownie przyjadę do Genui, z przyjemnością zatrzymam się tutaj. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Charme exceptionnel et très authentique dans un quartier sympa et agréable

Charme exceptionnel de cet appartement d’un autre temps, chambre très spacieuse et salles de bain très propre. On se sent comme à la maison. Je recommande !

El hotel esta en una ubicación muy buena, cerca del tren para ir donde quieras moverte. Esta cerca de autobuses para ir al centro, de todas formas el centro está a un paseíto. Está ubicado en una zona de Génova bastante segura. Hay tiendas de comida alrededor, una pizzería buenísima y un bar con un buen ambiente. La chica del h0tel super maja, un encanto, te informa de todo lo que puedes hacer en Génova y hay desayuno por la mañana que lo tiene ya preparado para cuando te levantes. La verdad es que no olvidaré el hotel, tiene un encanto. Si te gustan los museos de Italia, es como dormir en un palacete, es super curioso. Todo esta super bien conservado. Me sorprendió el precio, ubicación y servicio. Le doi 10 puntos

Ein authentisches Stück Italien
Pros:

Eine sehr besondere Unterkunft in einem klassischen italienischen Altbau. Die Gastgeberin ist ausnehmend herzlich, flexibel und unterstützend. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit mehreren Bussen und der Bahn.

Alloggio in palazzo storico, sito al piano secondo con ascensore da farsi aprire dall'host (se si ha bqgaglio soprattutto). Stanza da letto grande, con arredo essenziale. Finestre munite di tapparelle. Letto comodo. Salone-soggiorno di pregio a uso comune.
Gentilezza dell'host, correttezza e disponibilità. Per il tempo di una notte, esperienza positiva .

Cons:

Bagni situati dall'altra parte della casa, in un'ala opposta, più semplice.. Scomodità perché bisogna raggiungere i servizi in pigiama o vestaglia. Bagni datati, andrebbero rivisti (si può sempre migliorare). Cucina situata nella stessa ala dei bagni. Anch'essa andrebbe rivista ma ha l'essenziale.
No tende alle finestre in camera (siamo abituati ad averle). Niente tv in camera. No attacappanni in camera né una piantana. Luce inferiore dell'abatjour che non si è mai spenta di notte (incomprensibile il motivo).

Il palazzo è d'epoca, stanze direi storiche

Cons:

Il bagno mi ha reso il soggiorno negativo, era in comune, ma il problema è che era ingombro degli oggetti personali dell'host e, credo, degli altri ospiti. Spazzolini aperti, saponi usati, e i bagni in generale poco puliti. La colazione molto basica . Mi son trovata con gli altri ospiti praticamente in mutande che facevano colazione allo stesso tavolo. Forse andrebbero dettate delle regole per una convivenza migliore

Pros:

È una struttura perfetta! Si trova vicina alla stazione Sampierdarena (5 minuti a piedi). La struttura è pulita, ben arredata e fornita da tutte cose che ti servono. La proprietaria è simpaticissima. Suggerisco a chiunque voglia passare qualche notte a Genova.
