Nette, sehr saubere Pension mitten in Hoi An.
Pros:

Extrem sauberes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht - trotz des sehr günstigen Preises.
Hilfsbereit bei der Organisation von Motorrollern.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr Auswahl bzw. größere Mengen gewünscht, man konnte nur zwischen 1 Portion Ei oder Pancake auswählen, sowie entweder 1 Kaffee oder O-Saft. Es gibt Menschen, die morgens etwas mehr Hunger haben ☺️

Loved this place. I can see why it has such a good rating.
Pros:

As soon as we arrived it felt like home. It’s warm and inviting, the staff friendly and helpful. The location is perfect close to the old town.
The rooms are near new and are just as described, good blockout curtains, great shower, cool quiet a/c.
Washing was done fast and for good price, breakfast was nice but same every day. The balcony was nice and looked internally at the courtyard.

Cons:

Minor things - the entry door has split timber and let noise and light in all night. There were stairs before you got to the lift. Building work next door started early.

A beautiful stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was absolutely wonderful — so warm, welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their hospitality really made our stay feel special.
The rooms were quaint and full of character, with a charming style that reminded us of a little Italian village. It had such a lovely, cosy atmosphere and felt very different from a typical hotel.
Breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, restaurants, cafés and local sights on foot.
Overall, a lovely homestay with a fantastic host, great location and plenty of charm. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
