Pros:

Es war so gut. Die Familie ist so nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

The loveliest homestay in Hoi An, location was amazing since it was just a quick walk over the bridge and you are in the old town.
The homestay had everything you need, it was super nice and clean and Thuy is the sweetest host ever she gave us the best recommondations for everything!
Highly recommend staying with her.

Pros:

We loved our stay at sunny garden homestay, we had a comfortable room and the host was so lovely! Staying across the bridge from the old town was so quiet, and yet we were only 13 mins walk from the old town. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Inmersión total en Vietnam! Después de venir del turisteo de Ha-Long Bay y de Hoteles de 5 estrellas despertar escuchando el gallo en una habitación muy muy sencilla pero correcta nos encantó!
Lín nos ayudó con una excursión en moto que era buenísima. Ella es además un encanto de persona. Ahora, sabéis dónde vais no es un 5 estrellas, es otra cosa…

The lovely woman and her family running it were exceptional, very helpful and kind . The location was amazing only 10 minute walk away from the centre. The room was very comfortable and clean

Pros:

Clean and very friendly owners. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast, while a bit on the expensive side for VN, was fabulous with well made meals and tons of fresh fruit to enjoy. Only a short walk to the old town and far enough away from the noise. All the amenities you need were also close by - bike rentals, spas' and food.

Pros:

The homeowner was very kind woman. She helped us to book activities and show us what’s most important in Hoi An. Our room was accesible right from the garden, no stairs needed to take with our gigantic bags. Location is not busy at all so you have quiet streets outside with local people.

Cons:

Location is a little bit far from busy center. So you have to walk a little more after long tiring day. And taxis are not very popular in that area or long waiting time.

Lovely comfy local stay
Pros:

Had a lovely start in Hoi An at sunny garden. The host Thuy is very friendly and speaks great English. She had a lot of information and you can book trips with her if you wish. We had already booked well in advance to avoid disappointment though. You can walk into town over the bridge in about 10 minutes. It is pretty quiet in the surrounding streets and you can get quick food in the local area if you don't want to walk into town. We had breakfast on two of our days for convenience but it was great both days. We had beef pho one day and a quick banh mi the other as we were going on an early trip and didn't have so much time. You also get coffee and for both of us together we had a plate of fruit including a whole mango, pineapple, passion fruit and dragon fruit!

Cons:

Done if the local residential streets can get a bit flooded after heavy rain so just walk down to the nearest main road and go round. It only added a few minutes and didn't spoil it stay at all.
