Trải nghiệm không tốt. Nhà nghỉ không có chỗ đậu xe cho khách, trong khi đây là thông tin rất quan trọng nhưng không được thông báo trước. Khi phát sinh vấn đề về chỗ đậu xe, chủ nhà nghỉ lại có thái độ không hợp tác và còn đòi đuổi khách thay vì tìm cách hỗ trợ giải quyết. Cách ứng xử như vậy khiến tôi rất thất vọng và không cảm thấy được tôn trọng. Hy vọng chủ cơ sở sẽ cải thiện thái độ phục vụ và cung cấp thông tin rõ ràng hơn cho khách trong tương lai.
