Pros:

sehr ruhige lage; nähe bushaltestelle; einkaufsmöglichkeiten und bäckerei in fussdistanz
freundliche gastgeberin; grosses, helles zimmer mit ausblick ins grüne; bequeme betten; sauberes badezimmer mit allem, was es braucht

Cons:

- kissen waren nicht bequem weil zu gross und unförmig
- kurtaxe konnte nicht im voraus bezahlt werden (bar vor ort)
- spätere anreise musste telefonisch (zeitfenster 2 std) angemeldet werden (per mail oder via app nicht möglich)

Cons:

Kommunikation nicht gut - man soll anrufen in einem zwei Stunden Fenster, um Check in Infos zu erfahren. Finde ich ehrlich gesagt unzumutbar und unnötig bei dem Preis.
Viel zu heiss und kein Ventilator bei 36 grad Aussentemperatur. Bei dem Preis nicht ok.
Hellhörig - Tür zum Badezimmer und Zimmer schlägt laut zu.

We were asked to check out by 10am. When we got up and went for breakfast at 8.30, the host stated that we needed to vacate the room as she had other guests arriving and the cleaner needed to clean the rooms! Felt like we were being thrown out.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und schönen Blick in den Gartenbereich,
25 Minuten fussläufig zur Insel Lindau,
auch wenn nur telefonischer Kontakt zur bestimmten Zeit von der Vermieterin gewünscht wurde, hat sie doch freundlich auf unsere SMS reagiert und uns den Schlüsselcode zum Spät-Check-in mitgeteilt.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer, konnten aber nicht nachvollziehen, was Deluxe war, vllt. die Sauna, die nur mit Einverständnis hätte benutzt werden dürfen? Die Bettwäsche roch extrem stark nach Weichspüler/ Wäscheparfum. Kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer, im unteren Eingangsbereich wohl, irritierend fanden wir die vielen Verbots- und Hinweisschilder im Haus und im Zimmer selbst, das kennen wir so nicht und empfanden es leider nicht besonders gastfreundlich.

die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Im Apartement Mariposa ist die Küche in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank alt und sehr laut. Im Badgibt die Neonröhre ihren Geist auf und braucht lange, bis sie leuchtet. Betten sind seeeeeehr weich.

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer mit neu renovierten Duschbad.
Check-in unkompliziert mit Schlüsselsafe.
Gutes WLAN.
Pizzeria und Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Kommunikation (auch Schlüsselcode) nur per Telefon zu festgelegten Zeiten, kein WhatsApp keine Mailkommunikation gewünscht.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft zum Erholen und Aktiv sein

Das Zimmer war super sauber und einfach riesig. Es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Eigentümerin war mega freundlich und konnte mir noch einige tolle Tipps mitgeben. Die Lage war ideal um Ausflüge zu machen. Top Anbindung an den Nahverkehr.

Very nice people

Cons:

Initial instructions incorrect as they said about a mile from the station. The owner was nit there on arrival so had ro phone which cost me Internet contact. Local area has not much in prepared food outlets. Unsure of electricity connections. Had to remove lamps to charge phones. I do t think this flat is useful for people without own transport.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es gab die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder unterzustellen.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hatte gute Tipps für Veranstaltungsmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem.
25 min Fußweg auf die Insel... oder nahe Busanbindung.

Cons:

Das Fenster in der Dusche, welches nur bedürftigen Sichtschutz hatte.
