The room is small, there is no t.v or a fridge in the room, for the prices they're charging you would expect a bit more in accessories.
I stayed in a room next to the staircase, and unfortunately, I could hear every footstep from people entering and leaving the building throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. For the price charged, I believe the owner could invest in soundproofing these rooms to improve guests' comfort.
Additionally, if you opt for a private bathroom, be aware that it has no heating. While an electric heater is provided for the main room, the bathroom remains quite cold, which can be uncomfortable, especially in colder months.
At €350 for five days, I feel there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and overall comfort. Would I stay here again? Not at the current price. However, if the rates were more reasonable or improvements were made, I might reconsider.

I have had 3 different stays in it in May and June due to my research work at ULisboa. I am deeply grateful to the owner and the young guys cleaning the apartment and doing the check-in. It's near the city centre, seconds away from the Arroios metro station and very tranquil. It is not crowded at all. Even some nights I was alone! Guests are quiet and respectful, rooms are big and sunny, and you feel super safe in the apartment. I fully recommend it. Muito obrigado.

Terrible place no one should go this place
* the lamp was not work. No light.
* kinda far away to city center.
* totally not safe
* people are rude totally they never speak English.
*how many people lives in the place I can not count.

The property is clean and it’s close to the metro which makes it easy to get around the city and to and from the airport. It’s a decent price for Lisbon which seems quite expensive.
There was nobody at the property to greet me and I had to wait outside with my luggage for 20 minutes, the hairdryer overheats so couldn’t dry my hair in one go, I was woken up one night to let guests in because someone has out the internal lock on the main door, I was locked out the following evening for the same reason and the check out time is too early.
The bed was comfortable. They provided us with 6 towels, hand soap, shower gel and hand sanitizer. The room was nice and clean when we arrived.
A very humid room, no ventilation. The only thing you can do to battle humidity is open the window in the bathroom (which is a converted balcony). But you can’t open it during the evening, because the insects from the street will fly into your room.
The layout of the room was a bit uncomfortable, because when you open the door, you immediately bump into the table, which is always in the way when exiting or entering the room.
Clean small room with ensuit bathroom, 1 minute away from the metro station. Good communication with the host - we arrived late and had no problem with checking in.
We were put in a different room (not the one we booked on the website) , without a balcony and with no windows. Bathroom has no lock and the shower door is broken. Overall little sence of privacy since there were several rooms next to ours and there was no soundproofing at all.

I had to arrive verlate at night due to flight delays, but the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was received despite this. The facilities and location suited me perfectly for seeing Lisbon. No complaints at all.
