Cons:

Schimmel in de badkamer en overal lagen nog haren van de voorganger, zelfs in de badkuip. Ook was er een laagje stof op de meubels en badkamer

Die Lage und die Größe des Zimmers. Hätte eine schöne Unterkunft sein können, wäre es sauber gewesen

Das Zimmer definitiv ungeputzt, überall Glas und Flaschenränder, der Boden klebte im Bad. Die große Badewanne offensichtlich seit langem auser Betrieb und seit dem nicht geputzt, dafür wird damit auf Booking geworben. Die luxuriöse Gemeinschaftsküche von den Bildern bei Booking gibt es, sie funktioniert nur nicht. In einem kleinen Raum dahinter gibt's eine funktionale, völlig abgeranzte Küche. Die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, je nach Nachbarn und Sprachkenntnissen kann man ab 02:30 bis 05:00 problemlos die Familiendiskussion rechts nebenan und den TV links nebenan verfolgen. Schade, wäre sonst ein schönes Haus mit Terrasse und Gsrten

Terrible and fraudulent
Pros:

It was spacious but I left immediately. It was in very poor condition.

Cons:

I wasn’t given the location or room listed on the website. The owner gave me a different address and that room was extremely dirty. The bedding had secretions, stains and hair all over it. The toilet was extremely dirty, the floor was unswept. Everything was messy

I didn’t enjoy my stay and wasn’t expecting that from a high rated facility.
Pros:

The location was good the room was a normal size room.

Cons:

It was not clean and the bed sheets were very old with holes and stains on it, smelled very bad like it was left in washer at least for a week or more without being dried. The bathroom was very dirty mixture of dust and hairs were everywhere, there was used shaving machine in the shower area, no hair dryer towel had stains on it. The room didn’t have essential that you would see in a normal hotel room.

Pros:

Great location, great living room and kitchen. host was really nice, quick responsive and took actions really fast as per the request.

Cons:

Cleanliness needs to be improved blanket and towels were smelling bad. Someone was cooking meat downstairs around 1 am which was smelling bad.

In theory a nice place but cleanliness/maintenance could be better
Pros:

Staff was responsive via text on the day of booking. Relatively problem free getting into building and room.

Cons:

The shared bathroom situation. The use of locks in the door handle is a poor system. Easy to lock out neighbors creating a hassle for them to unlock it, further it's possible for neighbors to unlock the handle anyway, so it's risky and not good privacy/security. The shared bathroom had lots of hair in the tub and clogging drain. The sheets/bedding had hair on it too and had not looked cleaned.
