The bathroom was filthy. I called the owner and he sent me to another room and the bathroom was even worse. There was hair in the showers and tubs and long black hairs and urine on the toilets. I complained to the owner left and asked for a refund.

From the moment we stepped onto the property, an unpleasant odour permeated the air. As we entered our room, a particularly sour stench hit us.
We opened the window to try and ventilate, but the smell lingered until we realized it was coming from the bed itself. The odour wasn't the only problem; the room hadn't been cleaned in months. Dust, dead spiders, cobwebs, empty drink bottles and trash were all piled under the bed.
To make matters worse, we noticed blood stains around the kitchen floor and an Uber eats receipt underneath the chair, dated August 2026.

I hardly stayed 10 mints there and immediately check out. Reason - bed bugs, shared washroom ,toilet seat dirty, dust everywhere, stinky smell, hair on bed, no housekeeping, stubborn stains on towel, it seemed that someone was using the same room , also property owner took $100 damage deposit , he fooled us..never ever recommend to anyone..i want my refund, useless , pathetic property to stay, ugly, ridiculous, i don't have enough bad words which can describe

The kitchen was not kept clean by other guests staying on the premise and there were not cleaning products to clean up messes. There was no cutlery or dishes in the kitchen

Bad supply and service

The name said "King Suite with balcony" expecting there to be a balcony in our room as the description said but there was no balcony attached to the room. Felt like a brothel house. The floor in our room was dirty and sticky. Also in the pictures there is a jacuzzi tub but there was no jacuzzi tub in our room as well. Place seemed sketchy. Lots of security cameras.

The linens were soiled, stained, dirty, dusty, hair filled, smelly, debris-filled. There was leftover garbage on the balcony. Shared bathroom situation is a joke - you have to lock a secondary door to keep other guests out, and then unlock that secondary door before you leave to prevent the other guests from being locked out when they need the bathroom. Our side table was missing a top, so they just covered it with a blanket. Black mold growing underneath the lip of the sink. The front door doesn't close entirely, so some guests leave it a ajar - a security concern.

It definitely could have been polished up a bit, however they had the misfortune of their on site washing machine out of order during our stay and the laundry was backing up and interfering with the houses every day cleaning. It was replaced with a brand new one the day of my check out.

Das Zimmer war definitiv nicht geputzt worden. Die Betten noch zerknüllt und nur mäßig gemacht, überall Flaschen und Glasränder auf jeder Oberfläche und der Fußboden im Bad hat geklebt. Die große Badewanne mit der geworben wurde (die für uns einer der Gründe für diese Entscheidung war) wurde mittels eines Zettels für außer Betrieb erklärt und wenn man sich den Dreck darin angeschaut hat dies sicher seit langer Zeit. Dicke Staubschicht und verschiedene 6 und 8beinige Lebewesen fühlten sich sehr wohl dort. Die Dusche hat auch sicher seit längerem keinen Schwamm mehr gesehen. Die Waschbecken nur kurz ausgespült. Der Eingangsbereich sieht so hochherrschaftlich aus wie auf den Fotos bei Booking und die riesige Küche sieht toll aus. Leider dreckig und außer dem TV und dem Wasserkocher funktionierte Nichts. Dahinter existiert noch eine alte, versiffte Küche, ohne Kochgerät oder Besteck, dafür mit funktionierendem Herd. Der Garten eher ungepflegt, die Gartenmöbel verdeckt. Die Wände der Zimmer so hellhörig, dass man den TV aus 3 Zimmern gleichzeitig bis 3 Uhr Nachts, sowie jedes Gespräch mitverfolgen kann. Nicht empfehlenswert. Wir sind 1 Nacht früher abgereist.

It was horrifically dirty, disgusting, and scary. I actually reported it to the police because I was concerned there was illegal activities there. There was writing on the walls, towels were dirty, a beer on the night table etc...

I never checked in due to them requesting 100 deposit after I already paid they refused to give me my refund .

Everything is awesome in Sun Hotel.

Schimmel in de badkamer en overal lagen nog haren van de voorganger, zelfs in de badkuip. Ook was er een laagje stof op de meubels en badkamer

We requested for early check in; the owner did reply but without confirming the early check in; which he could have said no and we could have cancelled the booking

Das Zimmer definitiv ungeputzt, überall Glas und Flaschenränder, der Boden klebte im Bad. Die große Badewanne offensichtlich seit langem auser Betrieb und seit dem nicht geputzt, dafür wird damit auf Booking geworben. Die luxuriöse Gemeinschaftsküche von den Bildern bei Booking gibt es, sie funktioniert nur nicht. In einem kleinen Raum dahinter gibt's eine funktionale, völlig abgeranzte Küche. Die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, je nach Nachbarn und Sprachkenntnissen kann man ab 02:30 bis 05:00 problemlos die Familiendiskussion rechts nebenan und den TV links nebenan verfolgen. Schade, wäre sonst ein schönes Haus mit Terrasse und Gsrten
