Pros:

La maison de Peter est confortable. Peter est un hôte incroyable, toujours prêt à conseiller des visites et commenter l'histoire de la ville/pays par des livres photos. On pourrait passer des heures à l'écouter.
Il est très attentionné pour les voyageurs et leur prépare un petit déjeuner succulent.

Peter is the man! Just make your booking now!
Pros:

Peter is a wonderful soul who genuinely cares about his guests, has tales for days, nuggets of wisdom to share, and plenty of recommendations on how to get to wherever you need to go in Belfast and the surrounding area. Don't even bother reading anymore, just make your booking right away! You won't regret it. It is worth mentioning Peter made us breakfast himself and upgraded our rooms at no cost to us due to a cancellation from someone else.

Cons:

Peter is the man! Seriously, just book your travel. Why are you still reading? What, you want me to put down what I did not like? Ha, good luck. Look, if you want the Hilton, you're on the wrong page, but you already knew that. Seriously, just get on with it and pay the man!

La casa era confortevole. Il proprietario é una persona squisita che riesce a darti anche preziosi consigli per il viaggio. Colazione ottima!

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la stanza piena di falene. Non era sporca ma trovarne tante anche nel piumone non è stato piacevole. In più c’è un deodorante per ambienti che a lungo andare ai più delicati può dare fastidio.

Very happy friends
Pros:

Everything about the place, comfortable, clean. The breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to Peter during our stay. We learnt so much from him.
We will definitely be back to stay with him again. Fascinating gentleman who looked after us exceptionally well. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home.

Highly recommended!
Staying at Peter’s place was an excellent choice: everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. He gave us a warm welcome and provided us with all the necessary information; breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it to the sound of Irish music 🫶🏻, which gave us a real sense of the local culture.
Good value for money and a good bus connection to the city centre.

Pros:

Property is located in a quiet area but with shops nearby and near a regular bus route.
Peter was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable during my stay.
The front and back gardens looked very nice and the property was well maintained.
The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable.

Hugely recommend this host&his home. Peter is a super host for sure! Such a warm welcome& comfy bed
Pros:

If you really want to experience West Belfast and a true welcome than this is as good as it gets. And the rooms are clean and comfy. Peter tried to do all he could to welcome me and our three children, providing toys and inviting them to play in his garden. He told them stories about his life and what it was like to survive the Troubles. They loved him and his house. A very good breakfast with all you could ask for, including hot chocolate which our children loved. We hope to come again and will recommend him widely.

Ciao siamo trovati molto bene,, Peter l'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha aiutato a trovare un Black taxi che ci ha portato a visitare Belfast. Peter è una persona squisita con una grande umanità che rimarrà nel nostro ❤️. Vogliamo ringraziarlo e lo consigliamo .

An excellent stay
Pros:

Peter was incredibly welcoming and attentive and very knowledgeable about the area.
Breakfast was included which consisted of cereals, fruit and toast.
The room was nice and quiet.
Although a bit far from the city centre, Peter advised exactly on how to get to and from places which was a great help.
Overall I would 100% stay here again 😊

Cons:

The aforementioned location, but this is only an issue if you require to be centrally located.

Pros:

Great stay, excellent value for money. Beds are super comfortable, bathroom is shared but very clean. There's also a parking spot. Peter is an outstanding host -- very attentive, he even made us breakfast even though we left very early in the morning.
