CP值不錯，適合臨時落腳的旅客
Pros:

床蠻好躺的，但房間跟廁所偏小（廁所水壓很大很讚）
地點不錯，外面有路邊停車格但是是累進制收費

Cons:

拖鞋有點破破的，房間灰塵有點多

Pros:

以價格來說算不錯，但客房的電視基本沒辦法觀看，再加上某部分擺設像是裝飾用，也沒什麼在打掃的。像是鬧鐘完全沒辦法動、窗簾沒在清上面都是灰塵（可能因為釘死了），其他像熱水沒問題很夠水壓也不會忽大忽小，隔音方面也不錯（一層樓只有兩戶）。簡單來說很適合即興出遊的背包客或學生族群，如果要長時間旅居台南的話不推薦。

位置入住方便，設備有些可以更換。
Pros:

位置很棒，無人接觸入住方便，入住前會收到入住密碼。

Cons:

廁所下水道味道較重，廁所拉門接近故障，拉上很困難很大聲，廁所喇叭門鎖也快壞了很鬆。床偏軟，床的觸感已經有感覺到彈簧了，建議可以更換，睡起來不太舒服。

裝潢跟地理位置性價比都很高～採自助式也很自由
Pros:

地點很好去哪裡都不用太久15分鐘內～周圍也有很多不錯的店家

Cons:

房內濕氣重、霉味，落塵也蠻多的、隔音有待加強～

房間乾淨又舒適沒異味，還有電梯不用自己扛行李上樓，除了門鎖稍微難鎖一點，其他都很好
