Nice stay
Pros:

Peaceful area, clean, 20 min from center / main stations ( 10 min in 2/3/6/11 tram and then 8 min walk via walking signs and footpaths), liked the views too , zabka was nearby as well as some restaurants. No issue in day or night to reach the residential area. The landlady kept things easy so no challenge about not knowing polish.

Cons:

Some sounds from highway may come when windows are opened but with closed windows , no sound

Pros:

Bathroom was very clean and towels were too! Kind woman at check in even when we got there at a weird time.

Cons:

There were some hairs on the sheets of the bed. They seemed washed though so maybe just some hairs stuck.

Bardzo fajny domowy klimat, swojsko i czysto.

Cons:

Bez porządnych zatyczek do uszu nie da się zasnąć - słuchać samoloty, głośno jeżdżące motocykle i tramwaje (okna od ulicy), dodatkowo słychać każdy krok innych gości. To zdecydowanie duża wada, na którą sam właściciel nie ma wpływu, ale zdecydowanie uprzykrza to cały pobyt.
