Accessibilty to walking street market and mrt station
No receptionist, no information center, no free snacks
The hotel is conveniently located near Ximen MRT Station, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of food stalls in the area, as well as several 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores within walking distance. It is also close to the night market, which offers many dining and shopping options.
The room was generally clean, but I noticed some dust and dirt under the bed. It would be great if housekeeping could also vacuum underneath the bed as part of the regular cleaning routine.
Our stay was okay overall. The best part of the place was definitely the location since it was very convenient and accessible to different areas around Taipei. It was easy to get around using public transportation and there were nearby shops and restaurants as well.
The host was also responsive and easy to communicate with. Even though it was a self-check-in setup, the instructions were clear and the process was smooth. The host replied quickly whenever we had concerns or questions.
The room had the basic things we needed for our stay and the experience was generally decent and comfortable enough for a short trip.
One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. At times, noise from other guests and the hallway can be heard, especially at night, which can be a bit distracting when trying to rest or sleep. It’s not a major issue, but it can affect the overall comfort during quieter hours
