Pros:

Perfect location near the central cathedral. Nice view to the street from the balcony. Thanks for the possibility to drop the before the check-in time and after checkout.

Délai de réponse à mes questions sur le site dès mon arrivée à Funchal dans la matinée vers 10h du 4 mai... alors que j'étais hyper fatiguée. Pas la moindre excuse... Sans problème j'ai attendu au delà de 13h car les personnes n'avaient pas libéré la chambre (pas bien du tout non plus). Seul point très négatif.

Lovely hotel, very boutique feel and nice balcony to take in the views.
Pros:

Great location, in the centre of it all yet didn’t feel noisy at night.
Room was clean and spacious with everything I needed.

Cons:

Not clear where to dispose of rubbish, lacked a greeting to go through any questions although I could have messaged.
