Pros:

Wir waren schon 4 mal dort und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage war für uns optimal, beim Flugfafentransfer kann man sich 100 % auf Timur verlassen und wir finden das Appartment sehr gut. Gerne empfehlen wir das Guesthouse Medea weiter.

Прекрасный хозяин, большой комфортный номер
Pros:

Очень большой и чистый номер, с хорошим ремонтом, подойдёт для семьи с детьми или для двух пар, путешествующих вместе: в номере две двуспальные кровати и два дивана.
Есть чайник, большой холодильник и огромный телевизор (смотрел матчи ЧМ по футболу).
Хорошее постельное белье, подушки и одеяло.
Есть место для парковки.
Очень радушный и коммуникабельный хозяин.
За дополнительную плату может отвезти вас в самые интересные места на комфортном авто.
Рекомендую!

Very nice stay with a very good host
Pros:

The host was one of the kindes hosts I have stayed with in my life. He doesn't speak english very well, but he is very good at using google translate. He offered me free rides and an early breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Kutaisi.

Freundlicher Gastgeber, die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend komfortabel, im Bad eine große Dusche, das Frühstück schmeckt und macht satt, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, das Zentrum ist in ca. 20 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Просторные апартаменты, гостеприимный хозяин, домашняя атмосфера.
Хозяин так же может отвезти на все туристические объекты, и в самом городе отвезти и привезти в любое место и обратно.

Cons:

Район не совсем центральный, но можно и пешком дойти. Зато тихий и спокойный.

Не далеко от центра, просто и уютно, всё необходимое в наличии. Хозяин приветлив, отзывчив, старателен. Завтрак сытный по домашнему. По нашей просьбе возил на экскурсию в горы ив город.Мы провели неделю как в гостях у родственника. Огромное спасибо Тимур.

Уголок уюта и комфорта в лучшем месте с лучшим хозяином!

Всё очень понравилось! После бронирования Тимур сразу связался с нами, дал рекомендации и был всё время на связи, курировал во всех вопросах. Тимур проводит экскурсии по самым лучшим достопримечательностям Кутаиси на автомобиле! Было очень удобно, мы имели свободную парковку, свой вход, большой, просторный апартамент, как же было уютно! Очень чисто, бельё белоснежное, горячая вода, тепло, комфортабельно, кровать - супер! Спали, как младенцы! Завтрак сытный, хватает до вечера. С удовольствием вернемся!

Świetny pobyt i wspaniały wlasciciel
Pros:

Bardzo polecam ten obiekt! Pobyt był wyjątkowo udany – wszystko zgodne z opisem, a nawet lepsze. Apartament czysty, zadbany i komfortowy, a właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Zawsze można było na niego liczyć! Lokalizacja również na plus. Z pewnością chętnie tu wrócę przy kolejnej okazji.

Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

There is also a lovely terrace and a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the terrace, where we had delicious barbecue prepared by the host — it was absolutely wonderful and added a special touch to our trip.

The host was incredibly kind and hospitable. He also gave us a very interesting tour of the area and treated us to homemade wine, which made the experience even more memorable and authentic.

Everything was perfect, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
