Below my expectations
Pros:

Good location, friendly hosts and good breakfast.

Cons:

This property fell short of my expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, I found several insects (flies, mosquitos, ants), the sheets did not fit the bed and there was a strong smell of mould. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, but only stayed one (ended up paying for two). The host is nice and tried to convince me to stay, but I was not comfortable. Although he asked not to make a bad review, I feel that is needed because this property is not the worst place, but is also not a +9. Best not to defraud anyone’s expectations.

I spent a quality stay.
Pros:

Everything. This is my third time at Sun Vivanta Ressort. Usually when I am visitig down south, I definetly stay there. The staff , room and budget are worth enough for me. I will come again soon with my family. Thank you for the hospitality you have given.

Pros:

La struttura è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da ristoranti e supermercati, ma non essendo sulla via principale la sera è molto silenziosa. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, i letti comodissimi. Il proprietario gentilissimo, si e alzato a prepararci il the alle 5.30 perché avevamo un’escursione alle 6.00. Lo consiglio!

Очень хорошее расположение. Проживание с семьей, но это абсолютно комфортно. Можно воспользоваться холодильником и плитой, есть горячая вода.
Очень вкусные завтраки.
