Cons:

Staff: I have been staying at Posada since 2022 without complaint. The guy who checked me in was rude and made me feel unwelcome. His attitude was demeaning. He attempts to put on an air of I’m in charge. I called to let him know I was to be at the Posada in 20 minutes. He knows who I am as he has checked me in previously. Who are you rudely. I’m not use to such a bad check-in or attitude. He should know from my text notice of arrival who I was. Not like there was a rush of check-ins at 3 pm. In the future I may stay elsewhere. THE DATES OF STAY WERE 17-19 JULY NOT 16-18.

Posada was quiet, great location, and the price was right.
Pros:

Stayed here many times and love the location away from city center. Internet was strong and stable, shower was strong, but the water was not hot, but warm. Staff was great! Great coffee shop about 4 minutes away walking. Huge park about 5 minutes away.
I will be back !

Loved my stay , the place is clean , quiet and near the center. Also very near the entrance for the walk up to Cerro Borego.
Angel and Victor are super friendly, wish I could have stayed longer in beautiful Orizaba.

Pros:

Very nice place, a spacious room, a clean kitchen, and attentive staff. There’s also a small terrace, and it’s not far from the city center, about 5 minutes from the trail up the mountain. I really liked everything.

Cons:

There was a smell in the shower.
