The bed was comfy, easy to check in and out and the owners were lovely.
Continental breakfast was filling.
House had character and the hostess Reema, was very friendly and helpful.
The local pub was over the road and served wholesome meals.

It was the perfect calm homestay in a small town with the typical local pub and beautiful nature around. The host is friendly and gives you privacy after some explanations. She puts the breakfast ready so you can have it early if necessary. Homely vibes and two cute pets who live outside (so allergies no issue but cuddles if wanted haha).
Beautiful old place very clean and well looked after. Lovely host. Good wifi.
No big deal but it isn’t an BnB so some coffee granules and a packet of corn flakes is not breakfast but this was not pushed so just be aware.
Resa was a lovely host and made us and our small dog very welcome.

Serene location, convenient to an eatery, very clean accommodation, good breakfast & generous, nice cat and dog, good host- not intrusive but available to assist if needed.
Quite far out of town on winding, bumpy slow road- we underestimated the time to travel between the accommodation and Kempsey- our mistake.

Very comfortable, clean accommodation in a very small settlement town. Easy access. Very original, well maintained and renovated historic homestead in Bellbrook village. Located very close (across the road) to the general store, post office, pub, bistro, local museum - all in one. Located right on the river in beautiful country.
