We felt very bad odour when we enter the room, like sewage.
We left the new sandals under the bed after check out. We asked the owner to take them in the room where we left luggage. After 2 hrs we came to pick up the luggage and hadn't found the sandals. Shame!

Banyosu odada değil, odanın dışındaydı. Belki sadece bizim odanın ki dışardaydı bilemiyorum ama burada belirtilmemişti. Kişisel eşyalarımızı tuvalette bırakmadık. Konum olarak aşırı yakın değil merkeze. 15 dk yürünüyor merkeze, az gibi görünebilse de turist olunca gereksiz semtte 15 dk sokaklar yürümek güzel değildi.

La seguridad de las puertas de las habitaciones puede mejorarse. Hay ruido en las habitaciones ya que dan las puertas de cada habitación a un pasillo con eco y se escucha todo. También el ruido de la calle, pero al estar céntrico es lo normal.

Que el aire acondicionado no es regulable y tienes que salir fuera de la habitación para ver el termostato. O hacía mucho frío o mucho calor. La puerta del baño es una puerta de un armario, un poco cutre.

No me gustó nada que el check in es a las 15h y las instrucciones para acceder me llegaron pasadas las 16h. Llame varias veces y nunca respondieron el teléfono ni el mensaje que envié a través de Booking . Yo fui con mi madre que tiene 83 años y lo de no poder acceder a la habitación a mi hora no me gustó nada . A las 15:30 decidí ir a la casa y tocar a ver si alguien abría. Afortunadamente estaba , no esperandonos,sino se casualidad la chica de la limpieza que amablemente nos atendió y nos dió instrucciones. Ahora bien ,el mensaje de la persona responsable de darme las indicaciones llego pasadas las 16, cuando yo estaba ya instalada

The only good thing I can say about this accommodation is that the bed is comfortable and everything else is a disaster. The owner wrote on the booking that check in is at 3 p.m. I texted him three hours earlier to arrive at that time. He did not respond to the message at all. The phone number left on the booking does not exist and the voice mail is answered. At 15 we were standing in front of the apartment and realized that he had cheated us and for an hour we ran from one hotel to another to find accommodation, but luckily they were all full, since the owner did not respond with a message on the booking until around 4:30 p.m. I have never experienced such rudeness and such stress. Later, I carefully read all the reviews and this is not the first time that this accommodation has cheated guests for accommodation. The refrigerator was not working, and I read that in one of the comments, so it seems that it has been broken for months. The walls are as thin as paper, so you can literally hear everything from the next room.

Nada, todo estuvo muy bien.
