I normally do not write bad reviews because I know everyone is usually just doing their best. But in this case I think it is very important people know what they are getting themselves into with this booking. Especially if you have children with you. When we walked into this home the smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming. We had to immediately open all the doors to air the place out. Upon looking around we found a ton of water damage in the walls, a broken bathroom sink that was just constantly leaking water and many of the walls so very water damaged they were ruined. The air felt hard to breathe when the doors were closed. This was a health hazard for sure. Because we checked in late at night we could not switch locations and were forced to sleep here. We ended up having to sleep with the doors open to the bedrooms just to breathe well at night. Also, the towels and linens all had yellowing and looked like they were not well kept, which made me feel even more grossed out by these conditions. They even have a sign up in 4 languages talking about how they want to wash the towels and linens less often to save the ecosystem, but that left the impression that they did not wash them between guests. This was just the big deal problems. The other, more minor, issue I had was that they sent a long list of details AFTER we payed for the booking that gave more information they absolutely should have provided before you make your decision. I have stayed across the world in bookings and never felt so awful about a place I was staying. I am in the process of hopefully getting a refund from booking.com right now. In addition, finally, the manager ignored my messages regarding the broken sink and water/mold. I honestly caution against this place unless they go through a MAJOR remodel.

As janelas estavam fechadas e cheirava um pouco a humidade, mas resolveu-se rapidamente, abrindo todas as janelas

Quarto moderno e bem decorado mas o colchão estava um bocado estragado. Acordei com dor de costas. Reportei ao anfitrião que me disse que não sabia e iam substituir o colchão.

Algún detalle de mantenimiento como picaporte suelto, tv de salón no funciona, cubertería mejorable, colchon de dormitorio se notan muelles,

Podia estar um bocado mais limpo. Em algumas divisões o chão tinha cabelos e lixo, como por exemplo na casa de banho. E os quartos podiam ter algum tipo de estores ou cortinas black out de melhor qualidade.
