Platbu za nevyužitú izbu, bez možnosti aktualizácie zmeny, pokladáme za NEHORÁZNOSŤ !

Bez raňajok. Dobrá poloha, pekná izba. Čistota . Milý personál.

Cons:

Booking.com - nemohol som zmeniť objednávku, nakoľko sa na ich mail, asi ZÁMERNE, nedá odpovedať. Chceli sme zrušiť jednu izbu, nakoľko kolegovia onemocneli. Hotel bol o situácii oboznámený, ale údajne, bez povolenia Booking.com nemohol realizovať zmenu a my sme MUSELI zaplatiť za nevyužitú izbu 40 eur. Ak tieto peniaze nedostaneme naspäť, v budúcnosti už Booking.com nebudeme využívať...

Czysty hotel ze sporym parkingiem, w pobliżu sklepy i tramwaj. Miła, zaangażowana obsługa.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe oświetlenie w pokoju. Dostępna tylko górna lampa sufitowa o jasnym świetle. Przydałyby się lampki nocne przy łóżkach. Bardzo głośno z powodu innych gości, którzy rozmawiali i krzyczeli przez całą noc. Można by dołożyć kosmetyki pod prysznic przy tej cenie noclegu.
