Pokoik mały ale starczy na krótkie pobyty, zwłaszcza jeśli ktoś więcej przebywa "na mieście" niż w obiekcie. Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy przystanku tramwajowym. Dość duży i bezpłatny, zamykany parking. Do dyspozycji gości czajnik w pokoju i na piętrze lodówka oraz mikrofala. Tuż za płotem Żabka i nieźle oceniana budka z kebabem, wiec zestaw idealnie turystyczny :)

Bardzo czyściutko, ekstrymalnie wygodne łóżko, świeżutka pościel i ręcznik. Pokój zdecydowanie w standardzie hotelowym 4 gwiazdek. Idealny dla jednej osoby. Apteka oraz Żabka minutę od budynku. Większe sklepy 5min piechotą. Łatwy dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej. Dobra komunikacja z recepcja i personelem.
