Pros:

The place is actually a house where you rent a room with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It was clean, the host was kind and helpful, and there was everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There was also a possibility to safely park the car.

Cons:

owever, the location is not very convenient without a car, as it is far from Seville and from the central part of the neighborhood. Personally, we prefer a private room with a bathroom or a full apartment in order to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Comfy and clean space; a bit expensive and not so well connected via public transport
Pros:

Super comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and clean room. Clean towels, hair dryer. Most basics were covered. Towels were exchanged every 2 days and everything cleaned every two days. Attentive owners.

Cons:

If your plan is to visit the city the public transport connections are not the best and an Uber at night there could be expensive.

El apartamento era compartido y por un poco más nos realizó el cambio a otro apartamento privado. Fue muy amable y ambos apartamentos eran muy acogedores

La limpieza es perfecta!! La persona que nos atendió fue super encantadora!!

Cons:

El anuncio no era real, era una casa compartida con habitaciónes paralela lo cual el anuncio no decía nada de eso. Para ir al baño tenias q salir de la habitación y te podian ver todos lo q estuvieran alli lo cual nada de intimidad, no volveré a ir ni lo aconsejo. Ya que el anuncio no es lo q anuncia Booking.
