Great value for money in a lovely bungalow.
Pros:

The staff / owners are so so friendly, super helpful with anything you need whether it be tours, bikes or general advice.

Always offering free fruit and topping up your water, and a small bintang is only 25k - great to have one in your hammock or on your porch.

Also a gorgeous little cat that you can make friends with!

Cons:

The WiFi is a bit intermittent but you’re on an island, it happens.

Pros:

Great value, kindest staff at this family-owned place! The bungalows are spacious and well appointed with good AC and mosquito net. Loved the hammock and day bed on the front porch and daily breakfast

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk down a narrow side path from the ocean so it can be kind of difficult to find the first time. Only other note I’d make is that it would be nice to have some shade umbrellas around the pool

Pros:

Het is een leuke hut, maar de inrichting is wel onderling anders. Ik had 2 dezelfde kamers geboekt, maar qua luxe was het wel verschillend.

Cons:

Vond de sfeer op de locatie zelf niet heel erg gezellig. Degene die het daar leidt vond ik een beetje apart; kon vrijwel geen Engels..

Een 100% authentieke ervaring in het hart van Tetebatu
Pros:

Authentieke Indonesische ervaring bij familie op het erf. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het exploiteren van 7 bungalows is nieuw voor ze. Niet alles is perfect, maar dat maakt de familie meer dan goed door alles te doen om je verblijf in Tete Batu tot een geweldige herinnering te maken.

Weinig tot niets.

I don't know how they do it, but this homestay is the cleanest I've ever experienced in all of Indonesia. Full star review. The host was super lovely and the location perfect, silent at night and walking distance to all attractions

Most things, staff, room and bed comfortable enough, pool good.

Cons:

Omlette, mosquito net old and shabby looking, loud pump near my my room, light from the air con unit.

Pros:

The staff were great, really friendly & helpful. We enjoyed lounging in the hammock, drinking the local palm drink with the owner (and cat!) and listening to old rock music.

The path entrance is next to Raja bar and very close to the beach but you are far enough away from the noise to not hear it.

The owners organised bikes for us to rent which we used to get around and had free snorkelling gear for us to use.

The breakfast was tasty, we mostly had the omlette with toast and a fruit juice.

Great price for all you are given here, we extended our stay a few more nights than expected!
