Cons:

Điều khiến mình thất vọng nhất ở hostel này không phải là cơ sở vật chất mà là cách phục vụ.
Ngay từ khi nhận phòng, chủ nhà khá lạnh nhạt, không niềm nở hay hỏi han khách. Vừa bước ra khỏi phòng đã yêu cầu giao chìa khóa vì sợ khách làm mất, khiến mình cảm thấy không được tin tưởng.
Điều khó chấp nhận nhất là chủ nhà tự ý vào phòng và tắt điều hòa khi khách đi ra ngoài, hoàn toàn không hề hỏi ý kiến hay được sự đồng ý của khách. Trời rất nóng, ai cũng mong khi trở về phòng sẽ có không gian mát mẻ để nghỉ ngơi, nhưng mỗi lần về đều phải bật lại và chờ rất lâu phòng mới mát vì phòng nhỏ, khá bí. Điều này gây cảm giác rất khó chịu.
Đây là lần đầu tiên mình gặp một nơi lưu trú mà chủ nhà tự ý vào phòng khách và tắt toàn bộ điều hòa khi khách chỉ vừa ra ngoài. Theo mình, sự tôn trọng quyền riêng tư và thái độ phục vụ mới là điều quan trọng nhất trong ngành dịch vụ nhưng chủ này ko làm đc. 😤

Chủ nhà thân thiện, dễ gần. phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Nước nóng hơi bất ổn định nha. Gần các khu chợ đêm, gần biển. Có cho thuê xe máy.

Cons:

Nước nóng và điều hoà hơi bất ổn chút xíu. Chả hiểu sao hai đêm ở đây bị ngủ chập chờn xíu.
