Een oase van rust.
Niks. Alles was uitstekend
Everything ! The room, the outside bathroom, the pool, restaurant.... everything
Le personnel était très agréable et toujours disponible. La vue de l’hôtel était magnifique et les chambres très belles. Les équipements fonctionnaient bien. Les lumières de la salle de bains extérieures avait des ampoules de grillées mais cela n’était pas embêtant.
Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont très bons.
Vous pouvez demander à faire des lessives et celle-ci sont prêtes très vite !
Possibilité de réserver des activités directement auprès de l’hôtel avec des prix réduit que sur getyourguide.
Notre chambre n’était pas très propres. Nous sommes arrivées en avance et nous avons fait un early check-in, cela est sûrement lié car sinon tout est très propre au sein de l’hôtel.
Nous avons malheureusement eu la visite d’un rat dans notre chambre, celui-ci avait mangé les joints de la porte de douche séparant la salle de bain extérieur à la chambre. Cela a été prit en charge par l’hôtel très rapidement et des réparations ont été faites pour que celui-ci ne puisse plus rentrer à l’avenir.
Het eten was zeer goed. Locatie was prachtig en zwembad was heerlijk.
Enige verbeterpuntje is dat het personeel slecht Engels spreekt. Vrijwel alles moet via Google Translate. Dit zorgde af te toe voor miscommunicatie. Zo werd ons bijvoorbeeld eerst 08:30 gezegd dat we opgehaald werden door transport. Vervolgens zeiden ze 07:30, waardoor we uur eerder onze natte spullen in het koffer hebben gedaan, terwijl bleek dat het alsnog gewoon 08:30 bleek te zijn. Heb tussentijds nog bij ze geverifieerd of het niet echt 08:30 was, maar dit begrepen ze niet en zeiden dat ik gewoon moest wachten en dat ze eraan komen. Had liever meer duidelijkheid gewild en onze zwemspullen langer laten drogen.
The location is incredible, although it’s a little far from the main attractions. You can rent scooters though, but make sure you feel comfortable because the roads are quite bumpy or busy. The room and bathroom were just perfect, and having a pool is such a nice extra. Food and staff were just great. I can’t wait to be back!

Tolle Lage außerhalb der Stadt, ruhig gelegen mit eigenem Pool, perfekt um abzuschalten. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, man kann dort problemlos einen Roller mieten, Ausflüge und Touren buchen sowie Transfers.
Logement avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et copieux, tout comme les plats proposés au restaurant de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
Le seul point à savoir est qu’il se situe un peu à l’écart du centre de Tam Coc. Cependant, cet éloignement permet de profiter d’un véritable havre de paix, au calme et entouré de nature. Les taxis Grab sont très abordables pour se déplacer, et des vélos sont mis à disposition. Il est également possible de louer des scooters pour explorer les environs.
Une très belle adresse pour profiter pleinement de Tam Coc !
