Nice quiet hotel steps away from all the action.
Pros:

Location for this hotel is great, in the heart of all the action. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. The family is nice. Breakfast is made to order. Not a whole lot to choose from, but still a good breakfast. We utilized the laundry service, 30k/kg, and shoes are 50k/pair. The clothes weren't quite dry, so I returned them and they kindly dried them completely. The hotel is quiet; nice for a good nights sleep. Would recommend others to book here.

Cons:

Not a big issue, but the staff don't make up rooms unless it is requested.

Friendly owners, great location and easily walkable to get to everything, nice and quiet too

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property and we would stay here again if we came back to Ninh Binh ☺️

Amazing place to stay in Tam Coc centre
Pros:

Very nice place, lovely family. Room was clean and spacious. The shower, toilet and sink were separated by doors, which was very convenient.

Cons:

They should really change the curtains because they barely darken.
