During check-in, the reservation was paid in cash, but they refused to give me a receipt. The next day, the platform sent me a message that I did not go to the hotel. I informed them that I was normally at the hotel and that it had been paid for and sent photos that confirmed it. They probably do it so that they do not give the percentage to the platform.. but you should know that they send a message that you did not show up.
L'emplacement dans une rue au calme, l'accueil, le sourire et la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui parle un peu français.
La literie était tres confortable, la salle de bain simple, sans paroie de douche.
Tout etait tres propre.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Possibilité de louer scooters (verifier que les feux fonctionnent avant de partir😉) et velos.

métodos de pago permitían el pago con tarjeta alojamiento nos dijeron que al final no aunque estuviera puesto en Booking nos dieron cuando llevamos una toalla y éramos cuatro una de las camas estaba sin hacer. Nos cancelaron la reserva cuando estábamos durmiendo ahí diciendo que no habíamos ido y estábamos ubicados en una habitación nos dieron una bici que estaba rota y no nos devolvieron el dinero

Il était censé y avoir une piscine mais celle ci était vide. Il pourrait prévenir.
Je pense que habituellement il y a effectivement une famille présente mais dans mon cas elle n’était là que le dernier jour. Donc impossible de joindre l’établissement tant en personne que par l’application pendant mon séjour, ce qui m’a valu la mauvaise surprise de devoir dormir dans le dortoir sans mes affaires, lorsque je me suis rendu compte de la perte de ma clé vers 21h. En partie ma faute certe. Cependant le lendemain la femme qui était finalement la était effectivement charmante!

There was no room when I arrived Than she put us in a shitty dorm and broke inside our private room too and then told us to leave a day before even though booking said one more night

Had to claim toilet paper and change of the bins multiple times. They didn’t understand that we needed the bins to be changed, after asking via Google translate, sending a message on booking and showing a bin picture on Google image. Laid back attitude but the owners are nice. I feel like they were making fun of us sometimes.
1 The pool had no water, we couldn’t use it, and we were not told before. No discount at the end despite that.
- In the bathroom, we HAD to sweep water after showering otherwise a lot of water would stay next to the sink. It was smelly and we had to insist so reception finally came and cleaned the plug.
