Fab place and beautiful soft furnishings made by Emma ,both Ziggy and Emma very friendly and welcoming room had everything and more lovely fresh flowers a nice touch x
Only thing that let it down were the bath towels were very hard even though they were quality towels on a positive note you can look up useing white vinegar instead of softner every other wash or so this removes the build up of soap you can google how to and only other thing could do with a mat in the shower as its a little slippery but these are easy fixes and did not detract from our stay ,we will see you next year when we come down again

General location of the town itself, hard to get around unless driving.

Ziggy could not have been more helpful, having said that, he & Emma were just a phone call away if I needed anything but did not interfere with my stay in any way
Tight alleyway to get to the parking spot - but it is town centre, and space is at a premium.
Really informative host,great location in the town centre.
Beds was against the wall so difficult for one person to get up during the night for bathroom.
Emma and Ziggy very nice helpful and sociable people and the property is easy to get around Launceston from....all round excellent
Lovely touches in the room, very considerate and helpful host.
My only issue was the narrow driveway into the parking area. But it was really nice to have secure parking on site.
Great location. Really central, not only for the town but as a base to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Emma and Ziggy even arranged alternatives for my dietry needs. Would certainly reccommend!

It was central to where we wanted to be to visit family. The rooms were quirky. Lots of little extras.
The parking was difficult initially, although we did get the hang of it.
Great staff, great place, great views. They were really helpful and friendly and the place was really clean. It was good to have a fridge and freezer and a microwave too.
Breakfast could be better but otherwise it was ace. I did expect more when I booked but maybe I didn’t look into the details.
The warm welcome, the very nice transformation of the old police station and the breakfast.
